Smart Calc clean system
A clean reminder is to ensure that descaling
and cleaning is done regularly. A second
defense step to protect the steam generator
from scale is integrated: the steam function
gets disabled if descaling is not done after 1
hour steam ironing once the reminder came
up. After descaling is done, the steam function
will be restored. This takes place regardless of
the type of water used. In order to perform
Calc clean effortless, a smart calc clean
container is provided to place the iron without
holding the iron over the sink for 2 mins; After
that, your steam generator iron is ready to use
again.
Vertical steam
This Philips iron has a vertical steam function,
for crease removal in hanging fabrics.
1.2 L water tank
SpeedCare steam generator has 1.2 L water
tank capacity to allow your iron more than 1
hour, it helps you reduce the frequecy of
refilling everytime for the big laundry loads.
The technology will also allow you refill the
water tank during ironing without cooling
down the appliance for 2 hours waiting to reill.
Triple precision tip
The tip of this Philips iron is precise in 3 ways:
it has a pointed tip, button groove and a sleek
design of the nose. Triple Precision tip enables
you to reach even into the most tricky areas,
e.g. around the buttons or between the pleats.
Non-stick soleplate
The soleplate of your Philips iron is coated
w
ith a special non-stick layer for good gliding
performance on all fabrics.
Continuous steam output
Double your ironing speed with the high

erformance steam. Steam penerates deep
into fabrics, making your ironing faster and
easy, even on difficult fabrics. The more steam

Thanks to the high pressure pump equiped in
