battery precautions
Dispose of the old batteries properly. Do not dispose of the old batteries
in a fire.
Do not leave the batteries where a child or pet could play with or swallow
them. If the batteries are swallowed, contact a physician immediately.
The batteries may explode if mistreated. Do not attempt to recharge or
disassemble the batteries.
Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type. Do not mix old and
new batteries, different types of batteries, or rechargeable batteries of
different capacities.

1. Read all instructions before using the stepper.
2. Prior to each use, examine stepper components and ensure they are
positioned correctly and tightened.
3. Warm up prior to using the stepper.
4. The maximum weight load for the stepper is 250 pounds.
5. If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, back pain or any other
abnormal symptoms, stop your workout immediately. Consult your
physician before continuing.
6. Avoid wearing oversized clothing that may get tangled.
7. Only one person at a time can use the stepper.
8. Keep the stepper clean and dry.
9. Clean as required with a damp cloth.
10. For protection against corrosion, do not store or use in wet or
damp areas.

11. Use the stepper on a flat, level surface. Do not use on a bed or sofa.
12. Wind down exercising gradually; don’t stop abruptly.
13. Keep stepper away from children and pets.
14. Keeps hands away from all moving parts.
15. Do not touch the cylinders during or after exercise as they become
hot during use.
16. Disabled persons should not use this stepper without the aid of a
qualified person or physician.
17. The stepper is not a toy. Do not use the ropes as a catapult.

ASSEmblIng thE StEppER
1. Insert the REAR SUPPORT into the BASE. See Fig. 1.
2. Place the SCREW PLATES over the SCREW HOLES.
3. Insert the SCREWS into the SCREW HOLES.
4. Using the WRENCH, turn the SCREWS clockwise to tighten.

InStAllIng thE bAttERIES
1. Lift off the BATTERY COMPARTMENT COVER.
2. Insert one AAA battery (included) according to polarity indicators inside
the compartment.
3. Replace the BATTERY COMPARTMENT COVER.
USIng thE StEppER
Start stepping or press POWER to turn on the stepper.
Note: The stepper shuts off automatically after four minutes of non-use.

USIng thE RESIStAnCE CORdS
The RESISTANCE CORDS allow you to exercise your arms while using
the stepper.
To use the RESISTANCE CORDS, attach the ends to the HOOKS on the stepper.
Below are four exercise options.
Arm Curl: Hold the handles with your palms facing up. Pull up on the
handles, alternating between your right and left hand. Repeat each
motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 2.
Arm Extension: Hold the handles with our palms facing down. Pull up on
the handles, alternating between your right and left hand. Repeat each
motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 3.
Arm Upright: Hold the handles with your palms facing down. Extend your
arms in front of you and pull up on the handles, alternating between your
right and left hand. Repeat each motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 4.
Arm Raise: Hold the handles with your palms facing down. Extend your
arms to the side and pull up on the handles, alternating between your
right and left hand. Repeat each motion 20-30 times. See Fig. 5.

SElECtIng FUnCtIOnS
Press POWER repeatedly to arrive at the desired function—Steps, Timer,
Calories, Info Scan or Steps/Minute. A digital arrow appears next to the
selected function. Below is a definition of each function.
Steps: The accumulated number of steps you have taken.
Timer: The amount of time that has passed. The unit counts up from zero
to 99.59 seconds.
Calories: The number of calories burned. This is an estimate only and
should be used as a comparison over several exercise sessions.
Info Scan: The unit automatically scans through and shows each function
on the display.
Steps/Minute: The number of steps taken per minute.
