• Avoid contact with moving parts. DO NOT operate without fan grills properly in
place.
• DO NOT operate without fan guards properly locked.
• Do NOT use this fan with an extension cord.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTION
WARNING: This fan is equipped with a polarized alternating current line plug (one
blade is wider than the other). This plug fits into the power outlet only one way

a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! This appliance has a 3-prong grounded plug that must be inserted
into a matching outlet. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this grounding plug
must not be removed from the plug. Where a two-prong wall outlet is encoun-
tered, it must be replaced: contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to
remove this safety feature. Use your fan only with adequate wiring that is up to
Code. Connect to properly grounded outlets only.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the fan head and stand facedown on a flat and stable surface as shown
in the picture.
2. Remove the two screws from the steel tubes attached to either side of the
fan head, and save them for step 4.
3. Slide the left side of the stand into the steel tube attached to the left side of
the fan head and align the holes.
4. Loosen the tilt adjustment knob on the right side of the fan head slightly to
allow the attached steel tube to pivot. Carefully insert the other end of the
stand into the steel tube and align the holes.
5. Carefully insert the screws from step 2 back into the holes and tighten them.
Please be sure to re-tighten the tilt adjustment knobs to prevent the fan

head from tilting.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Set the fan on a dry, stable, flat surface.
2. Make sure the Speed Control is in the OFF position. Then connect the
power plug to a standard 120-volt AC outlet.
3. Pass the power cord through Cord Clip on the stand.
4. Turn the speed control to the desired setting – Off, Low, Medium or High.
5. To change the tilting angle of the fan head, loosen the Tilt Adjustment Knob
on both sides of the fan head, tilt the fan head to the desired angle and
tighten the Knobs.
Note: It is normal for the motor to feel warm to the touch during operation. The
motor is thermally protected and will automatically shut off if it overheats for any
reason. If this happens, immediately disconnect the fan from the power outlet.
The motor bearings have been permanently lubricated at the factory and do not
require any additional lubrication.
CLEANING
WARNING! Unplug the power cord from electrical supply source before
cleaning. After servicing, any safety device (including grills and blades) must be
reinstalled or remounted as previously installed.
• Use a soft damp cloth to clean, then wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use
harmful cleaners. Do not bend the blades.
• Wash the guards and blades with water and a soft brush. Avoid harsh
chemical cleaners. DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR IN WATER. Allow the fan
to dry completely before use.
Limited Warranty
This item is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the

riginal date of purchase under normal household use. Within the warranty period, we will replace the product.
