How to Obtain Service
For replacement or repair, return the device freight prepaid, with a copy of the original invoice. Please obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from our Sales Administration Department before returning any
product. No Product will be accepted without an RMA number.
When using a device module of the F&eIT series
The driver library for using a device module of the F&eIT series is not attached a product. When you use a device
module, you need to download the driver library [API-SBP(W32)] from our web site. The driver library is offered in
Win32API function (DLL) form.
