WARNING:

Allow the stove to cool before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning.

STEP 1

Open the ash door and remove the ashpan. After

removing the ashpan, remove the nut and bolt that

attaches the shaker grate assembly to the shaker

pivot weldment.

STEP 3

Once removed, place the shaker grate assembly onto a suitable surface that will not be damaged. Remove the

nuts and bolts that secure the shaker grates to the connecting bar. Note: Then nuts and bolts are located on the

bottom of the shaker grate assembly. Once the nuts and bolts have been removed, the shaker grates will easily

lift out the grate frame.

STEP 2

Open the feed door to remove the shaker grate assembly. When removing the assembly lift the back end of the

assembly up rst. This will allow the handle of the connecting bar to be removed from the ash door
