About This Variety: Bright tubular spring and summer flowers form long pokerlike clusters on easy to grow tough
plants. Sword-shaped, semi-evergreen, bluish-green coarse leaves.
Growing Instructions: Grows fine in average, medium moisture, well drained soils in full sun but intolerant of wet
soils. Locate in areas protected from the wind. Remove spent flower spikes.
Care Tip: Once established do not move the plant. After flowering they are not much to look at, so cut down the
stalk and the foliage by about 50%, and it’s sure to return next season.

Spacing: Plant- 24” apart, 2-3” deep
