Introduction
Button Manager allows you to re-define the P1, P2, and P3 buttons on your
computer. By default, the three buttons function as below:
P1 - toggles Blackout mode on or off.
P2 - toggles the touchpad off or on.
P3 - toggles the light sensor on or off.
You can have the button start a program or open a file. You can also disable
the button.

Changing the Button Function
1. Start Button Manager.
2. Select one of the last three buttons to re-define. The selected button will
be highlighted. (The first two buttons cannot be re-defined.)
3. Open the Key Name dropdown list and select the option you want.
The Update Button Information area on the screen will show the original
button function and the selected new button function.
4. If you select Do nothing to disable the button in the previous step,
proceed to step 9.
5. Click Set User Define P1~P3 (located at the bottom of the Button
Manager screen).

6. The following window appears. The default user definition is Microsoft
Internet Explorer.
From the tabs (User Define P1 / User Define P2 / User Define P3), select
the one you want to re-define and click the Open button .
7. In the Open dialog box, browse to the destination folder, select the
desired file, and click Open.
8. A matching program icon will appear in the settings window. Click OK.
9. Repeat the steps for any other buttons that you want to re-define.

10. For the changes to take effect immediately, click Start Flash. The
percentage of flash process will be shown. Click OK when the completion
message appears.
11. If you intend to save the configurations for later retrieval, click SAVE.
Select a location, enter a filename, and click Save to save the current
configurations as a .bfh file.
To use any previously saved configurations, click Load to retrieve the .bfh
file and click Start Flash for the configurations to take effect.
Restoring Default Settings
To restore the default P1/P2/P3 functions, click Get Default (located at the
bottom of the Button Manager screen).
To restore the User Define P1/P2/P3 to the default Microsoft Internet
Explorer, click Get Default at the Quick Button Definition window.
