Equip 650300

The Equip 650300 LCD TV Wall Mount Bracket is designed to support flat panel displays ranging in size from 32 to 63 inches. Hardware Kit
Note: Any of the hardware in kit will be required. Other joint parts are forbidden.
INSTALLATION
Attach the Arms to the Display
1. Use the correct length screws on your display with different back as below.
A. For flat back, use one of the shorter screws from the hardware kit.
B. For curved or recessed back, use one of the longer screws from the hardware kit.
2. Use the correct diameter screws after carefully trying each screw from the hardware kit.
Do not apply too much force to any of the screws. If you feel force resistance, stop immediately to use smaller
diameter screws.
3. Attach 2 arms to the different back of your display, using the correct screws along with corresponding
washers

as mentioned below A. & B.
A. If you use the M4 or M5 screws, you will need to use the small hole of washers.
B. If you use the M6 or M8 screws, you will need to use the large hole of washers.
C. If you are using one of the longer screws on the curved or recessed back of your display, you will also need
to use the small spacer

for M4 or M5 screws or the big spacer

for M6 or M8 screws.
4. Make sure all screws are secured, but do not over-tighten them.

Assemble the Bracket Diagram-4
1. Assemble 4 brackets with 4 screws

2. Make sure the brackets are joined together firmly.
Mount the Wall Plate on the Wall
(a) Wooden Wall - The wall plate must be secured to two adjacent wood studs at least 16” apart.
1. Using a stud finder, locate and mark two adjacent studs for securing the mount.
2. Place the wall plate against the wall and level it by using the bubble guide.
3. Make two locations (two per stud) on the wall where the mount will be secured.
4. Remove wall plate and then drill a (4mm) pilot hole at each location with an electric drill.
5. With another person’s help, replace the wall plate and fix it to the wall by using the lag
bolts

and lag bolt washers

provided.
6. Do not over-tighten the bolts and do not release the wall plate until all screws are secured.

(b) Concrete Wall
1. Place the wall plate against the wall and level it by using the bubble guide.
2. With another person’s help, mark off 6 locations for fixing the mount to the wall.
3. Place the wall plate aside and drill a hole at each location using a 3/8” (10mm) masonry bit.
4. Insert one concrete anchor

into each hole. A hammer can be used to lightly tap the anchors into place if
necessary.
5. With another person’s help, replace the wall plate and fix it to the wall by using the lag bolts

and lag bolt
washers

provided.
6. Do not over-tighten the bolts and do not release the wall plate until all screws are secured.

Adjustment
1. With another person’s help, carefully lift your display and place it on the wall plate. Do not release the display
until the mounting arms have securely hooked onto the mount.
2. Move the safety lock as shown in the picture and tighten the two screws to fix the safety lock.
