Bunn-O-Matic DUAL SH is a commercial coffee brewer capable of brewing 1/2, 1, or 11⁄2-gallon batches. It features a patented server heat control that automatically shuts off when the target temperature is reached, adjustable between 175º–190ºF (79.4–87.8ºC). It also has an electronic grinder interface, a master on/off switch, and a Safety-Fresh® patented brew-through lid with vapor seal and spill prevention. The brewer holds two SH servers (sold separately) and has remote docking stations for additional satellite coffee serving.
