Hitachi’s TR01 is a remote control
designed specifically for use in the
education environment.
The Teacher’s Remote is an ideal
extra remote control for use with
Hitachi’s range of education projectors.
This infra-red remote control gives
you full control of the projector
without access to the menu functions.
This ensures that your projector’s set
up cannot be accidentally changed.
• Full mouse control (via RS232 Control
on projector)
• 10 buttons to control:
• Power On/Off
• RGB/Video Source
• Freeze
• Blank
• Aspect Ratio
• Volume Up/Down/Mute
• Page Up/Down (via RS232 Control
on projector)
• Security cord can be attached to help
prevent accidental loss

Function Buttons in detail:
Centre Buttons
• Power Button: Turns Projector On/Off/Standby Mode
• Enter Button: Allows User to select function in the
main menu
• Circular Button: Up, down, left and right using
rubber pad
• Aspect Button: Allows User to change Aspect
Ratio (4:3/16:9)
Left/Right Side Buttons
• Freeze Button: Takes snapshot of projected Image
on screen (application continues in background
e.g.Full Motion Video will continue)
• Blank Button: Turns projected image on screen to
a blank image
• Page Up Button: Allows for Page Up in MS
Applications (Powerpoint/Word etc.)*
• Page Down Button: Allows for Page Down in MS
Applications (Powerpoint/Word etc.)*
• Video Button: Allows User to Select Video Channel
• RGB Button: Allows User to select RGB Channel
Side Buttons
• Volume Dial: Toggle Up and Down to adjust Volume
• Mute Dial: Press to Mute Audio
Replacing Batteries
• Remove the slide cover on rear of unit
• TR01 remote takes 2 x AAA Batteries
