Miller JD20 is a semi-automatic Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) gun. It is air-cooled and has a circular gun switch. The gun is rated for 150 Amperes at 60% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas. When using mixed shielding gas, the duty cycle must be reduced to 30%.
The gun features a curved head tube and comes with a wire outlet guide. The gun/feeder connector is installed into the drive assembly on the wire feeder. The gun switch is connected into the TRIGGER receptacle on the wire feeder.
