About this guide:
This guide consists of 2 sections:
• Overview- A detailed description of what POS Menu Routing is in an
Epson TrueOrder Kitchen Display System (KDS).
• How to Configure POS Menu Routing – A procedure to be followed
within a Multi-Station KDS Setup.
Overview
The POS Menu Routing function allows all print jobs to be sent from the POS
directly to their intended display stations over the network. Thus, the POS
determines which items are sent where and all menu management remains on
the POS.

How to Configure POS Menu Routing
This guide assumes that you have a Multi- Station setup as described by the
Epson Multi-Station Quick Start Manual.
1. How to Configure
1. Select Application Settings.
2. Select POS Connected Device.
3. Select POS Menu Routing.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Publish.
Note: The POS needs to be configured to send the print jobs directly to the
display stations. Of course, how this is configured depends on the POS and is
not possible with all POS systems. Please check with your POS supplier.
