BLADEZ treadmills offer many exercise programs that benefit users of all
levels and ages. Your new treadmill is designed to make your workouts more
effective and enjoyable. Please read this entire manual carefully before using
your treadmill. This will allow you to get a full understanding of all the

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using the treadmill.
Notice: Before using this or any other exercise equipment consult your family physician
or health care professional to develop a well planned exercise program to fit your
health needs. If you encounter any pain or breathing discomfort while working out,
STOP!, and consult a physician before continuing
WARNING!
1. It is wise to always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately
after use.
2. Keep Children away from machine while in use.
3. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the treadmill.
4. Keep a minimum clearance of 18” on each side and 24” at the rear of the treadmill
for safety.
5. It is mandatory that you unplug the treadmill prior to cleaning to reduce the risk
of electric shock, serious burns, and the risk of injuries.
6. The treadmill should never be left unattended when in operation. Unplug the
treadmill from the outlet when not in use or when servicing the treadmill.
7. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by or near children,
invalids, disabled persons, or those with diminished capacity.
8. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
Do not use any attachment not recommended by the manufacturer.
9. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not
working properly. Call your service center for any service concerns before taking
your treadmill in for repair.
10. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
11. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
12. Do not use outdoors.
13. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.
14. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
15. Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only.
16. This appliance is intended for household use only.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it malfunctions or breaks down, grounding
provides a path of least resistance for electric currents, to reduce the risk of
electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord that has an equipment-
grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an
appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with
all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING!
An improper connection of the equipment grounding
conductor can result in a risk of an electrical shock. Check with a qualified
electrician if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.
Do not modify the plug provided to you. If it does not fit the outlet, have a
proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 110-120-volt circuit and has a grounding
plug that looks like the plug illustrated in the figure. Make sure that the
product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.
No adapter or extension cord should be used with this product.

and understand ALL INSTRUCTIONS
thoroughly BEFORE ASSEMBLING
the treadmill.
1. Tie the attached black guide wire to
the wire connector and feed the
wire slowly through the bottom
right upright (D) opening and pull
the connector from the top.
2. Secure the left (C) and right (D)
uprights onto the treadmill base
with 8 (a) bolts.
* Ensure that the wire is not pinched
between the upright and the treadmill
base when securing the upright.
3. Next slide left hand rail (F) and
right hand rail (G) into the
computer rack assembly (E).

4. Connect the control wire harness
pulled out from the upright tubes to
the control wire harness on the
computer rack assembly.
5. Then place the computer rack
assembly (E) onto the left and right
uprights.
6. Next attach the computer rack
assembly to the uprights using the 4
(b) bolts.
NOTE: When you fasten the bolts,
please ensure that the wires are
not pinched by the bolts when
securing the upright and
handrail.

7. Next place bottle holder mounting
cover (H) onto the computer rack
assembly and fasten them with 1
bolt (d) on each side.
8. Snap the rail covers (I, J) in place as
shown and secure with 2 (e) bolts
on the cover sides and 1 (c) bolt on
the bottom. Repeat this step for the
other side.
9. Connect all the wire harnesses and
cables from the bottle holder
mounting cover onto the TV
console (A).
10. Place TV connected board (n) in
place and secure with 2 bolts (g).
Then secure console cover, rear (K)
with 4 bolts (g).
11. Place the TV display console on the
bottle holder mounting cover and
fasten them with 4 nuts (f) as
shown.
* Ensure that all wiring is clear of any
‘pinch points’ when securing the
console

1. Pull out the main wire within the
left upright (C) with attached guide
wire.
2. Insert both uprights (C, D) into the
frame (B), and tighten with socket
screws (a, b).
3. After tightening the screws, cover
the screws with bolt covers (c) as
shown in the drawing.
4. Next slide left hand rail (H) and
right hand rail (I) into the console-
welding base (E).

5. Connect the main wire through the console
welding-base and pull out the wire from the
upper holes of the console-welding base.
6. Place the completed console-welding base
on the uprights as the drawing shows.
7. Attach the console-welding base to the
uprights with the 4 socket screws (d).
NOTE: When you fasten the bolts, please
ensure that the wires are not pinched
by the bolts when securing the upright
and handrail.
8. Place the bottle holder (J) on the console-
welding base, and tighten with Allen-head
screws (f).
9. Assemble the right and left handrail covers
(F, G) with Allen-head self-tapping screws
(e, h, i).
NOTE: When you fasten the screws, please
ensure that the wires are not pinched.

11. Connect all the wire harnesses and
cables from the bottle holder
mounting cover onto the TV
console (A).
12. Place the TV display console on the
bottle holder mounting cover and
fasten with 4 nuts (g) as shown.
13. Secure console cover, rear (K) with
4 bolts (o).
* Ensure that all wiring is clear of any
‘pinch points’ when securing the
console.

GETTING STARTED
MOVING THE TREADMILL
The treadmill has wheels located at the front as part of the elevation assembly. Elevate the treadmill
up to 10% or greater then unplug. Next, lift the rear of the treadmill and push the treadmill using the
front wheels. Always be sure to use proper lifting form / technique.

SAFETY KEY & CLIP
Your Bladez treadmill is equipped with a safety key that will disable the treadmill if it is not in
place. You should attach the clip end to your clothing. The magnet end goes into the recess of the
console. If at any time you need to stop the treadmill quickly simply pull the safety key off the
console. This will cut all power to the treadmill and it will come to a complete stop. To resume your
workout, place the safety key back in place. You will then need to program your workout again.
BEFORE STARTING
Straddle the running belt and stand on the side rails. Insert the safety key and attach the clip to your
clothing. Do not stand on the walking belt while starting or stopping the treadmill.

KEY FUNCTIONS
QUICK/START – This key is used to begin any treadmill program or quick start.
ENTER – This key is used to confirm value change.
MODE – This key is used to enter into the program mode. It is also used to change
the values on the display between CALORIES / LEVEL, TIME /
PROGRAM and SPEED / DISTANCE.
STOP/RESET – This key is used to stop the treadmill at any time. Press the STOP
button and hold for 3 seconds and the treadmill will reset itself.
These buttons are used to adjust the speed of the treadmill.
These buttons are used to adjust the elevation of the treadmill.
INSTANT SPEED/ELEVATION KEYSYou can change the speed or elevation of
the treadmill by pressing one of the Instant Key buttons on the display console. Each
key represents the assigned value in either Miles per hour (MPH) or percent grade.
CONSOLE FEEDBACK
TIME – This will read the number of minutes left in the program that you have
selected. In Quick start, it will read the number of minutes that you have
been exercising.
SPEED – This is how fast you are moving in terms of miles per hour (MPH).
INCLINE – Elevation will read as a percent of incline.
CALORIES – This reading is the amount of body heat in calories burned during your
workout. This is an estimated value.
PROGRAM – This shows the currently running program.
DISTANCE – Total distance traveled during your workout. This value is displayed in
miles.
PULSE – Pulse will read in beats per minute (BPM).

USING HEART RATE
GRIP PULSE – To periodically check your heart rate, grasp the sensors at the base of
the console. The PULSE LED will flash and after about 9 seconds, your pulse will be
shown in the pulse window.
ENGLISH/METRIC DISPLAY
Press and hold the ENTER key for approximately 10 seconds. Use the keys to
choose English (0) or Metric (1). Press ENTER to confirm selection.
WARM UP/COOL DOWN
This treadmill is equipped with WARM UP and COOL DOWN functions for 3
minutes each. During WARM UP or Program status, you can change speed or
inclination, and the value will increase or decrease the in next step. Speed and
inclination functions cannot be changed during COOL DOWN. STOP/RESET is the
only function that will work.
QUICK START
1. Turn on POWER.
2. Default weight will appear in the PULSE window.
3. Enter your weight using the keys and press ENTER.
4. Press START. The running belt will start to move at 0.5 MPH.
5. Adjust Speed with the keys or speed instant keys.
6. Adjust Incline with the keys or incline instant keys.
TO STOP
1. Step off running belt onto the side rails.
2. Press STOP. The running belt will stop.

WORKOUT PROGRAM DETAILS
MANUAL RUN (P-01) SETUP
1. Turn on POWER.
2. Adjust weight if necessary.
3. Press MODE key ~ Program P-01 light will be flashing.
4. Press ENTER key ~ Time will be flashing.
5. Adjust time with the keys. If time is not set it will count up from 0.
6. Press START to begin.
7. Adjust Speed with the keys or instant speed keys.
8. Adjust Incline with the keys or instant elevation keys.
PROGRAM (P-02 through P-10) SETUP
1. Turn on POWER
2. Adjust weight if necessary.
3. Press MODE key ~ Program P-01 will be flashing.
4.
Select program P-02 through P-10 with the
keys.
Note: Program P-02, skip steps 5 and 6
5. Press ENTER ~ Time will be flashing. Preset time is 30 minutes.
6.
Adjust time with the keys if you wish.
7.
Press ENTER ~ Speed will be flashing.
8.
Adjust speed with the keys if you wish.
9.
Press ENTER ~ Incline will be flashing.
10.
Adjust incline with the keys if you wish.
