Operating Instructions

Congratulations to the purchase of your new speaker.

Warnings

Explanation of signs

The triangle containing a lightning symbol is used to indicate whenever your health is at risk (due to electrocution, for

example).

An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates particular risks in handling or operating the appliance.

In circuit diagrams or lists of components, a symbol is used to indicate that a specific component shall be replaced only

by the component specified in that documentation for safety reasons.

Important Safety instructions and danger warnings

• Please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

• The unit shall be connected to a power supply only of the type described.

• To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture.

• Unplug the unit from the wall socket when it is not to be used for a long period of time.

• Adequate care shall be taken so that foreign objects do not fall, or liquids are not spilled into the enclosure through openings.

• Do not remove the cover or back, as there are no user-serviceable parts inside.

• All safety instructions and warnings must be adhered to. They are part of the manual and must be kept with the manual.

• Any guarantee claims are rendered invalid if damage occurs due to non-observance of these operating instructions. We

assume no liability for any consequent damage.

• We assume no liability for personal injury or damage to property caused by incorrect handling or disrespect of the safety

instructions. Any guarantee claims expires in such cases.

• Unauthorized conversions and/or modifications of the appliance are not permitted for safety and licensing reasons (CE).

• The appliance is approved for operation in dry, closed rooms only. Do not operate the device nearby water, such as in

bathrooms or nearby swimming pools.

• The appliance may not be exposed to extreme temperatures (< +5°C / > +35°C) in operation.

• Batteries shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like

• The appliance may not be subject to strong vibrations or heavy mechanical strain.

• DISCONNECT DEVICE: Where the MAINS plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device

shall remain readily operable.

Controls

Before connecting the speaker, make sure the system is in “OFF” position and the controls on the minimum level,

to prevent speaker damage / abuse.

MP3/WIFI

This button is used to switch the control of MP3 or WIFI.

Mp3/WIFI VOL

The line level control to adjust the volume of

MP3/WIFI channels.

MIC IN VOL

The line level control to adjust the volume of MIC IN channels.

LINE IN VOL

The line level control to adjust the volume of LINE IN channels.

BASS&TREBLE

2 band graphic equalizer. Adjust frequencies to +/-12dB.

MASTER

Adjusts the volume of the main channels.

MIC IN (BAL)

Jack and XLR MIC input.

8.

LINE IN (BAL)

RCA and XLR input for connection of other audio equipments.

9.

LINE OUT

Directly connected to the input of another active speaker or other audio device as e.g. a mixer.

CLIP

Light up if the input signal is too strong

POWER LED

Lights up when the system is powered.

WPS Button Connection

Press this button. The APP will automatically connect to the WIFI speaker within the defined time

POWER switch

Turns this apparatus on or off.

14.

AC power socket

It is used to connect the power supply to the unit via enclosed power cord.

Caution: ensure the source voltage matches the voltage of product before turning on the unit.

FUSE holder

The fuse holder contains the fuse, which is a safety device that protects the AC supplies circuit of the unit.

Caution

:

Replace the fuse only by a new one with the same specifications as the original one.

If the fuse

continues to blow, please stop using the unit and refer servicing to qualified personnel.

Speaker out. Only 8 ohm: Output to a passive speaker.

REMOTE CONTROL

1. ON/OFF button: Press to switch the player on and off.

2. STOP/REC button: Short press to start recording, long press to

playback.

4. MODE: Press to select among BLUETOOTH/USB/SD/FM source

6. EQ: in MP3 mode, the user has the choice among 11 kinds of

sound effects: NORMAL, ROCKPOP, CLASSIC, BLUES, HALL, BASS,

SOFT, COUNTRY, OPERA

10. Number keys: Direct selection of a track

Bluetooth Pairing Mode:

Activate the Bluetooth features on your cell phone so that the cell phone starts to search for the Bluetooth device.

Press MODE button on the unit or the remote control until BLUETOOTH is selected.

Select “IBIZA_SOUND” from the list of devices found by the cell phone.

FM (radio) Mode:

Press MODE button to select “FM”.

Auto radio station search and storage: Press the PLAY/PAUSE button and the unit will automatically search for radio

stations in the radio frequency range between 87.5 and 108.0 MHz. 20 radio stations may be stored. Select a stored

radio station via the  or  buttons.

WIFI OPERATION

1. Download the APP Imuzo

1.1Download iMuzo APP in iOS system

For iOS system, search APP with the name iMuzo in App store, then download and install it.

1.2 Download iMuzo APP in Android system

For Android system, search APP with the name iMuzo in Google Play, then download and install it (you need Android

system version 2.3 or above)

Note: make sure that you download the latest version.

2. How to connect a new Wi-Fi speaker

The description below applies to both an iOS system and an Android system.

2.1 First connection

First power on speaker and set the switch to ‘wifi’. Make sure the speaker is powered.

Open Wlan of your phone and connect to your home WIFI. Run the APP iMuzo, it will automatically recognize and

add the device.

2.2 Add more devices

Click“+”on the device list. Input your home Wi-Fi password, then power on the second WIFI speaker. Set the switch

to ‘WIFI’. After a sound is heard, press ‘WPS’ button and then ‘Next’. The unit will automatically recognize the

second device within 20 seconds.

2.3 Connect WIFI speaker under Wlan home WIFI

2.3.1 Your phone will search Wi-Fi speaker signal, just connect it.

2.3.2 Run the app, the device will be found and start working.

2.4 Connect WIFI speaker when Wlan home WIFI is not available

When Wlan home WIFI is not available, you can connect the Wi-Fi signal of the speaker via following steps.

Click ‘+’ on the device list. Proceed as for the first connection.

When the device has been added, you can see the new device in your list, as shown below:

2.5 Name the device

When you add the device for the first time, you can name the device with a customized name.

3. How to play music in APP iMuzo

3.1 My MUSIC

In the list of My Music, you are free to choose the music in your iPhone, or USB, then transmit music to the Wi-Fi

speaker.

3.2 Play music with multi-speakers

When speaker is playing music, slide left you’ll find device list, where you can see the status of all speakers.

You are free to drag one speaker over another, then the two speakers are under same group, and play the same

song.
