Graco 309640A RACX Handtite Guard is a patented aerodynamically designed guard that virtually eliminates paint buildup. It can be hand tightened on the gun without requiring any tools and fits all Graco airless spray guns, but it is recommended to be used with RACX series SwitchTips only. It helps to prevent the undirected spray of fluid into the eyes or on the skin of the operator, as the spray tip should always be kept clear to avoid any fluid injection or splashing. The maximum working pressure of the Graco 309640A RACX Handtite Guard is 4050 psi (280 bar, 28 MPa).

WARNING
To reduce the risk of fluid injection or splashing in the eyes or on the skin, relieve air and fluid pressure in the system before installing, cleaning or
changing tips. See Pressure Relief Procedure in gun or sprayer manual.
S Keep clear of spray tip. High-pressure spray or leaks can inject fluid into the body, resulting in serious injury which may
require amputation. Never spray without a tip guard (D).
S Do not exceed 4050 psi (280 bar, 28 MPa) maximum working pressure.
Failure to install or use the RACt tip guard assembly correctly may result in an undirected spray of fluid into the eyes or on the skin of the operator.
Be sure you:
S Fully insert SwitchTip (A) into tip bore (C) in guard
S Do not trigger gun with SwitchTip handle between Spray and Clear positions
S Replace OneSealt when replacing worn SwitchTip
