2) The field trim tunnel door comes partially assembled with the top seal extrusion, stiffener, and the bottom
hinge placed on the three piece door core. Accompanying components are the H connector extrusion and
two end seal extrusions, as well as, screws for attachment of desired extrusions. See Figure 5.
NOTE: Remove stiffener from top seal extrusion before attempting to cut extrusion.

3) H connector and end seal extrusions are precut to proper length. The top seal, bottom hinge, door core, and
stiffener, all require trimming to desired length. See Figures 6 through 9, for trim instructions.

4) Assemble the door in the desired configuration by affixing extrusions to the door core with screws as shown
in Figure 10.
5) Install the door according to the installation instruction manual for tunnel doors, QM1043.
