Parts List. Failure to comply with any of the warnings in these instructions may

using this system.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Owner must ensure that all players know and follow these rules for safe operation of the system.
To ensure safety, do not attempt to assemble this system without following the instructions carefully. Check
entire box and inside all packing material for parts and/or additional instruction material. Before beginning
assembly, read the instructions and identify parts using the hardware identifier and parts list in this document.
Proper and complete assembly, use and supervision are essential for proper orientation and to reduce the risk
of accident or injury. A high probability of serious injury exists if this system is not installed, maintained, and
operated properly.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE AND WILL VOID
WARRANTY.

BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY
A. Keep the hardware bags and their contents separate. If any parts are
missing, call our Customer Service Department.
B. Test fit all Bolts by inserting them into their respective holes. If necessary,
carefully scrape away any excess powder coating buildup from inside
the holes. Do not scrape away all of the powder coating. Bare metal may
rust. You may need to pound some Bolts into place with a hammer or
mallet.

Required For This Page:
1. Insert Swaged Tube (AA) into Tube (AB).
4. Place Tube Assembly between flaps of Net (AC) and align the six holes in the Tube
Assembly with the six holes in the Net flaps.

2. Secure the Tube Assembly together using one (1) 6 mm Screw (NE).
3. Insert a 1” Plug (NF) into each end of the Tube Assembly.

5. Secure the Tube Assembly to the Net using one (1) 1/4”-20 x 1 3/4” Hex Bolt (NB),
two (2) 1/4” Flat Washers (NC), and one (1) 1/4”-20 Cap Nut (NA) for each hole.

Do not overtighten the Cap Nut. If the end of
the Bolt breaks through the plastic cap, call our
Customer Service Department at the number
on Page Two. Exposed threads on the end of
the Bolt may cause serious injuries.

6. Insert the straps of the Harness (ND) under and around the Tube Assembly as
shown.
7. Pull the straps of the Harness up through both the first and second rings.
Finally, loop the strap around Ring 2 and back through Ring 1 (as shown below).
Repeat for second strap.

8. Pull down on the straps about six inches.

9. Lower your rim to its lowest setting.
11. Tie the straps of the Harness to a fixed, non-moving point just behind the
backboard. Do not tie straps to extension arms.
10. Loop the Harness over the rim and
pull down on the straps until the Net
fits snug against the back of the rim
next to the backboard.
Note: Your fixed point behind the
Backboard may look different from
this picture.
12. Raise rim to desired height.

14. Connect one end of the Bungee Cords (NG) to Weight Bags and the other end to
the bottom corners of the Net.
15. Lift, do not drag, Weight Bags and spread them until Net is taut.
16. Remove Net when not in use.
13. Completely fill Weight Bags (AD) with sand (approximately 30 lb. each) and zip
closed.

Note: Avoid dropping Weight Bags. Set Weight Bags in desired locations.

THE MANUFACTURER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS TO WARRANTY
CLAIMS IF PARTS ARE UNAVAILABLE OR OBSOLETE.
1. Lifetime basketball equipment is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects
in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. The
word “defects” is defined as imperfections that impair the use of the product. Defects resulting
from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects due
to improper installation, alteration or accident. This warranty does not cover damage caused by
vandalism, rusting, “acts of nature” or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer.
2. This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defec-
tive basketball equipment. If the equipment is defective within the terms of this warranty, Lifetime
Products, Inc. will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges
to and from the factory are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Labor charges
and related expenses for removal, installation or replacement of the basketball system or its com-
ponents are not covered under this warranty.
3. This warranty does not cover scratching or scuffing of the product that may result from normal
usage. In addition, defects resulting from intentional damage, negligence, unreasonable use or
hanging from the net or rim will void this warranty.
4. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of safety in all equipment, freedom
from injury cannot be guaranteed. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of
this product. All merchandise is sold on this condition, and no representative of the company
may waive or change this policy.
5. This product is not intended for institutional or commercial use; Lifetime Products, Inc. does not
assume any liability for such use. Institutional or commercial use will void the warranty.
6. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warran-
ties of merchantability or fitness for use. Neither Lifetime Products, Inc., nor any representative
assumes any other liability in connection with this product.
