2. Removethebackcoverbyinsertingyourfingernailintheslitonthebottomofyourphone.

3. GentlypullthemicroSDcardoutfromtheholder.

4. Replacethebackcover.

Format the microSD Card

WhenyouinsertanoptionalmicroSDcardforthefirsttime,itisrecommendedthatyouformatiton

yourphone.

3. Scrolldownthescreen,andtapErase SD card>ERASE SD CARD>ERASE

EVERYTHING.

Warning:TheformattingprocedureerasesallthedataonthemicroSDcard,afterwhichthefiles

CANNOTberetrieved.Topreventthelossofimportantdata,pleasecheckthecontentsbeforeyou

formatthecard.

AlldataontheSDcardiserased,andthecardisformattedforuseonyourphone.

CHARGE THE BATTERY

Followtheseinstructionstochargeyourphone’sbatteryusingeithertheincludedACadapterorvia

aUSBconnectiononyourcomputer.

Note:Thisphonehasanintegratedbatterythatcannotberemovedbytheuser.

Battery Cautions

Charge Using the AC Adapter

1. Plugthesmallerendofthemicro-USBcableintothephone’scharger/USBport.

2. PlugtheotherendoftheUSBcableintothechargerandthenplugthechargerintoanelectrical

outlet.

Note:Yourphone’sbatteryshouldhaveenoughchargeforthephonetoturnonandfindasignal,

setupvoicemail,andmakeacall.Youshouldfullychargethebatteryassoonaspossible.

Fullychargingabatterymaytakeuptothreehours.

3. Aftercharging,disconnectthephonefromthecharger.

l UnplugtheACadapterfromtheoutlet,andremovetheUSBcablefromthephoneandtheAC

adapter.

Charge Using a PC Connection

BeforeusingaPCconnectiontochargeyourphone,ensurethatthecomputeristurnedon.

Dependingonthetypeofconnection,yourphone’sbatterymaynotcharge.

1. InsertthesmallendoftheUSBcableintothephone’scharger/USBport.

2. InsertthelargeendoftheUSBcableintoanexternalUSBportonyourcomputer.

3. Aftercharging,removetheUSBcablefromboththephoneandthecomputer.
