4. Working principle. Structural characteristics
4.1 Working principle
The motor directly drives the gear shaft of the plunger pump. The sloping
cam plate changes the turning movement of the gear shaft into the
reciprocation. When the plunger moves back, the water outlet valve closes
and forms a vacuum. And the water inlet valve opens, water goes into the
cylinder through it; when the plunger moves forward the water inlet valve
closes and the water pressure in the cylinder increases. When the water
outlet valve opens and the high-pressure water will be transported to the
hose.
4.2 Structural characteristics
4.2.1As the sing phase series motor chosen to directly drive the 3-cylinder
axial plunger pump by the gearthe cleaner is compact in structure,
small in size, artistic in appearance and reliable in operation.
4.2.2As the cleaner is light, it’s rather convenient in moving.

4.2.3The pump of the cleaner has the function of automatic unloading.
When the spray gun trigger closes, the unload valve opens, and the
water ows back to the suction side of the pump, so the cleaner has
the feature of low consumption of water and electricity.
4.2.4Use the NO.32 machine oil and the high-temperature lubricating oil in
the pump.

5.1.5 Connect the water supply hose to the connector.
The water supply hose is not provided in the pack.
5.1.6 Check whether the voltage shown on the rating plate corresponds to
that of the power source: voltage 120V, the current carrying capacity
of the circuit should not be less than 13A.
5.1.6 Spray units connect: Push the lance into the trigger grip handle and t
wist it to secure it as shown in gures 2
5.2 Assembly
5.2.1 Make sure that the high pressure cleaner is switched off and
disconnected from the mains supply.

securing bolt.
5.2.3 Connect the hose and trigger assembly to the water outlet pope.
5.2.4 The inlet lter must always be tted inside the water inlet to lter out
sand, limestone and other impurities as they will damage the pump

5.3Operation
5.3.1 Connect the high-pressure hose with the locknut to the high-
pressure outlet of the cleaner, then tighten it.
5.3.2 Connect one side of the inlet hose with inlet nipple to the cleaner,
another side to the water faucet, tighten with a clamp. (Note: there is
a seal ring in nut, no losing.)
5.3.3 Connect the water supply and the power source, then turn on the
power switch of the cleaner and the gun trigger, as air has been
exhausted, the cleaner is ready for operation.
NOTE: The switch is installed in the black rubber water-repellent mat of
the appliance.
In case a water tank is used to supply water, water should ow into the
pump through the inlet hose and the trigger be turned on so as to exhaust
the air in the hose at the same time. When the pump works properly, place
the inlet hose in the water tank rapidly the water level in the tank should
not be lower than the cleaner itself, and the inlet hose must be tted a
lter.

Operation Rules - Operation

Figure 5
5.3.5During the cleaning, the distance between the nozzle and the object
surface to be cleaned should not be too far, normally not more
than 11.81in (30cm), as the impulsive force decreases with the
increase of the distance.
• You should hold the gun trigger rmly during the cleaning.
• The safety value doesn’t control the gun during operation, but only
prevents it from opening unintentionally.
• Sprayed the human beings or electric equipment is forbidden.
Don’t place the power wire on the road so as avoid breaking the wire.
• The nozzle used in the cleaner are supplied by our factory.
5.3.6After the cleaning is nished, open the trigger, switch off the pump
and unplug the power cable from the mains. Close the water inlet
and detach the appliance from the water connection. Pull the trigger
until there is no more pressure in the appliance, and secured the
trigger with safety button against unintentional opening.
5.3.7 GFCI Operation Instruction:
This pressure washer is provided with a ground fault circuit inter
rupter (GFCI) built into the plug of the power supply cord. This
device provides additional protection from the risk of electric shock.
Should replacement of the plug or cord become necessary, use only
identical replacement parts that include GFCI protection.
Use only extension cords that are intended for outdoor use. These
extension cords are identied by a marking “Acceptable for use with
outdoor appliances; store indoors while not in use.” Use only exten
sion cords having an electrical rating not less than the rating of the
product. Do not use damaged extension cords. Examine extension
cord before using and replace if damaged. Do not abuse extension
cord and do not yank on any cord to disconnect. Keep cord away
from heat and sharp edges. Always disconnect the extension cord
from the receptacle before disconnecting the product from the
extension cord. Always plug the extension cord into a GFCI
protected outlet. To avoid the possibility of the tool plug getting wet
when using an extension cord, arrange a “drip loop” in the cord
connecting the pressure washer to the extension cord. The “drip
loop” is that part of the cord below the level of the connector which
prevents water travelling along the cord and coming in contact with
the connection. If the plug does get wet, DO NOT unplug the cord.
Disconnect the fuse or circuit breaker that supplies power to the
tool, then unplug and examine for presence of water in the connection.

2. Rango de aplicación
2.1 Utilice el aparato para limpiar varios tipos de vehículos como
automóviles, motos y bicicletas.
2.2 Limpie las paredes exteriores de edicios, el suelo y el jardín.
3. Especificaciones técnicas principales
Artículo ALDI # 50501
Modelo de fabricación # HP9502A
120 V CA 60 Hz 13 A, 1300 PSI
Presión máxima: 1600 PSI
Presión de entrada: 80 PSI
Flujo nominal: 1.35 GPM
Utilizar solo agua fría

5. Reglas de funcionamiento
