Using the Camera
1. Press the Power button to turn on the power.
The lens cover will open, and the LCD panel
will appear (Figure 5).
2. The lens cover will close and the power will
switch off automatically after 3 minutes if the
camera is not in use.
3. Press the zoom button to the position, and
the lens will zoom out. Press the zoom button
to , and the lens will zoom in (Figure 6).
Holding Your Camera
1. Hold the camera steadily with both hands.
Support the camera with your left hand with
elbows close to your body in order to prevent
the camera from shaking.
2. Take pictures with sunlight behind you.
3. When holding the camera vertically, always
position your camera with the flash at the top.
4. Be careful not to place your fingers over the
lens, flash, or viewfinder.

Taking Pictures
1. Turn on the power and aim the auto focus
frame of the viewfinder at the subject. Press
the shutter halfway down. The auto focus
green lamp lights up when the subject is in
focus (Figure 7).
2. Recompose the picture as you wish and gently
pressing the shutter button to take a picture.
3. If the red flash lamp is on, the flash is fully
charged and ready to take pictures (Figure 8).

4. When taking a close-up shot, (subject distance
80 cm), your subject must be positioned within
the square of the close-up correction mark
(Figure 7).
5. The film will automatically advance after each
shot and the frame counter will advance.
If the desired subject distance is between 50
and 80 cm, the green auto focus lamp will blink
as an alarm and the shutter locks. No picture
can be taken. If the desired subject distance
is less than 50 cm, you may press the shutter
button, but the picture will be blurry.

Flash Mode
1. Auto Flash : Flash turns on and off
automatically as needed.
2. Fill-in Flash : If the subject is in the same
direction of light source or under the shade or
in a bright background, the background will
be too bright, and the subject too dark. Please
use fill-in flash to take pictures.
3. Flash-off : If no flash is needed for taking
picture, please select the flash-off mode.
4. Red-Eye Reduction : The red-eye
phenomenon will most likely occur when
portrait shots are taken with flash at night or
with low light. Please select the red-eye
reduction mode to correct this problem, it is
not 100% foolproof.
Special Shooting Mode
1. Landscape mode/ Infinite Lock : Use
this mode when taking landscape pictures. The
focus will be fixed to a long distance for a clear
picture, and the camera will be set to flash-off
automatically.
2. Night Mode : Beautiful pictures can be
taken at night when this mode is used.
In night mode, the shutter will open twice; the
flash will be on when the shutter opens for the
first time, and off when the shutter opens for
the second time.
3. Macro Mode : Switch the camera to the
Macro mode, the lens will protrude to the fourth
section, and the fill-in flash will be on.
4. Continuous Mode : Switch the camera to
the continuous mode, and press the shutter
button. The camera will take continuous shots
until the shutter button is released.

5. Self-timer/Remote Control : Use the
self-timer to take a picture of yourself. Please
select the self-timer/remote control mode. The
self-timer lamp will be lit for about 7 seconds
when the shutter is pressed, and the self-timer
will blink for 3 seconds before the shutter is
released. Use a tripod to avoid shaking the
camera when this mode is used. Remote
control can be used to control the shutter of
this camera. Please aim the remote control at
the remote control window of the camera, and
then press the button of the remote control, it
will take 3 seconds to release the shutter.

Rewinding the Film
1. The film will automatically rewind when it
reaches the end of the film. (The LCD counter
will count down).
2. When the rewinding is completed, the motor
stops automatically and "0 is displayed in the
LCD panel. The rewinding signal will appear for
about 4 seconds. When the signal disappears,
open the back cover and unload the film.
3. If you want to unload the film before reaching
the end of the roll, please push the mid-roll
rewind button with a pen or other fine
implements. When the rewinding is completed,
unload the film. If the motor stops during the
rewinding and the counter is not reset to " 0" ,
please replace the battery. After the battery is
replaced, press the mid-roll rewinding button
again to complete the rewinding. Never open
the back cover of the camera during rewinding.

If the entire roll of film has been rewound into
the film cartridge, but is still kept in the film
chamber, the camera cannot take pictures until
the film is unloaded.

Proper Care of Your Camera
The camera can only function properly
between -10˚C and 40˚C (104˚F and 14˚F).
Be careful of sudden changes of temperature
and humidity, since moisture may condense
on the inside of the camera.
Do not place your camera close to objects with
strong magnetic fields such as televisions or
radios.
Avoid using alcohol or other chemical solvents
to clean the camera.
Keep your camera safe from sudden shocks
or vibration.
Always protect it from dirt, rain, dampness or
excessive heat.
If you need to clean the camera, please use a
piece of soft cloth to clean the camera and
use the photographic lens cleaning tissue to
clean the lens.

Safety Guide
This camera is intended for photography. Please
do not use it for any other purpose other than
photography. Please follow the basic safety
precautions as follows:
Never disassemble this camera on your own.
There are high voltage wires in the camera,
and thus carries the risk of electric shock.
Never use the camera near inflammable gas
and substances (gasoline, benzine, thinner,
etc.) to avoid danger of explosion, fire, burns,
and so on.
Never disassemble the used battery, and do
not expose to heat or flame.
Keep the camera and battery out of the reach
of children.
Do not use the flash close to people's eyes
(especially young children), since the strong
light of the flash will injure eyes.
The CE marking indicates that this product
complies with the specification of the European
Union (EU).

Loading Film Automatically loading film: After closing the back cover, the film will automati-
cally advance.
Advancing Automatically advancing film
Rewinding Automatically rewinding film: The film will automatically rewind when it reaches
its end. As soon as rewinding is completed, it will stop automatically. The mid-
roll rewinding button can be used to rewind the film anytime.
