INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Fluorescent Vanity Light

Assembly and safety instructions
1. Pull the supply wires and the ground wire out from the J-box.
Attach the mounting bar with nipple to the outlet box with
mounting screws.
2. Using the wire connectors (not provided), connect the white
xture wire to the white supply wire and the black xture
wire to the black (hot) supply wire. Join the xture ground
wire to the building ground wire. Caution - Never connect
ground wire to the black or white supply wires.
Check connections by gently pulling on connector to see if it is
rmly connected. Make sure no bare wire is exposed outside
of the connector.
3. After checking wire connections, tuck wires carefully inside of
the J-Box. Align the xture over the nipple and place the
lockwasher on nipple and secure with the nut. Make sure no
wires are pinched or exposed at the outlet box.
4. Carefully install the lamps by inserting lamp base into lampholders.
Lamps will “click” when properly installed.
5. Install acrylic diuser by aligning lens holes over end plate studs.
Secure with the decorative thumbnuts.
6. Restore the electrical power and check for proper operation.

ANY QUESTIONS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
1. ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL
AND NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (NEC) STANDARDS.
2. Make sure power is turned o to the light xture prior to installation.
3. To prevent electrical shock, do not insert any objects through the openings.
4. Use safety precautions. Always handle the glass lamp base carefully.
