It also highlights the role of these connectors in preventing dock bending and creating a solid deck. I'm ready to answer any questions you have about this product.
  • What tools are needed for installation?
What type of docks is this connector designed for?
How much should I tighten the nuts during installation?
The flex-free fusion connector prevents the floating dock from bending at
junctions under wave action or people walking, creating a solid deck to enjoy!
These junction stabilisers must be installed between two floating dock sections
equipped with connector hinges #22041.
Once the nuts installed underneath will have reach the bottom plates, do not tight
them more than one quarter of a turn. If you tight too much, they will be hard to
loosen for storage in autumn or if you wish to modify your dock configuration in
summer.
After the installation, be sure to tighten securely the socket set screws, already
inserted into leg holders, and check them periodically.
If you encounter any problem with this product, do not return it to the store
