2) Unscrew the three bolts from the
maintenance cover.
1) Turn off the power and
disconnect the product from
power supply.

4) Disengage the connector attached
to the damper for ventilation
switch.
O Pull the body part outward to
disengage the connector.

5) Unscrew the four bolts and
disengage the B-Part of the
bracket body element from the
product.
6) Pull up the strings to disengage
the heat exchange from the
product.
7) Unscrew the four bolts and
disengage the A-Part of the
bracket body element from the
product.
8) Pull the cushion bypass to
disengage it form the product
as illustrated.
9) Attach the INSU to a place where
CO2 Sensor is to be positioned.
10) Position the CO2 Sensor onto the
hole and secure in place with a
bolt.
O It is connected to the RA duct.
11) Secure the cable to the two
cable holders using cable ties.
12) Take out the connector together
with the cable through the cable
outlet.
13) Connect the connector to the
CO2 Sensor as illustrated.

1) Turn off the power and
disconnect the product from
power supply.
O It is not necessary to disassemble
the product to replace or clean
the fan, motor, heat exchange
unit, or dust filter.
2) Unscrew the two bolts from
the maintenance cover and
disengage them from the hook.
O After disengaging the maintenance
cover, check 2 heat exchange units
and 2 dust filters.
O All work should be carried out
through the maintenance opening
from this point.
3) Disengage the heat exchange
units and dust filters from the
product.
O Make sure to disengage the
filters first.
O Both heat exchange units should
be disengaged from the product.

5) Unscrew the four bolts and
remove the electric system cover.
6) Position the INSU in the hole
located on the right side of the
damper.
7) Connect the white terminal of the
cable to the CO2 Sensor.
8) Position the CO2 Sensor onto the
hole and secure in place with a
bolt.

10) Take out the CO2 Sensor cable
together with other cables and
reassemble the guide filter.
11) Take out the CO2 Sensor cable
together with other cables
through the outlet located on
the PCB board.
12) Connect the connector to the
CO2 Sensor as illustrated.
O Reassemble in reverse order of
disassembly
9) Secure the cable to the two
holders using cable ties. Cable Tie

O Switch off the K9 of SW06 in the MAIN PCB to set the CO2 Sensor to “Use” mode.

O Set SEG15 in Installation Option 5 for the product to "1".
Changing a particular option
KParticular option can be set with a wireless remote controller only.
You can change each digit of set option.

1) Check if LED1 flashes once every 6 seconds or so.

succession to check CO2 level is displayed properly.

Remove the cables from the main PCB
and check PIN No.1-3 of CN43 for
DC 12V.

Connect the cables and check
PIN No.1-3 of CON1 on the CO2 Sensor

The error in the CO2 Sensor is only detected after 2 minutes when powered on.
The operation test needs to last longer than 2 minutes to be valid.
