Functions
You can connect the Master USB Dual headset either via USB or using the stereo jack. When
using it with your computer, we recommend using USB in order to enjoy full sound quality. If you
want to use the headphones with another source, just replace the USB cable with the stereo
cable provided.
Plug the Headset Master USB Dual into a free USB 2.0 port of your computer. The system now
automatically makes the internal system driver available and displays a message after
successful installation. You're all done, and the headset is ready to use.
The Loudness function extends the dynamic range by giving the bass and volume a gentle
boost. This attains a wide soundscape at low volumes.
The noise-suppressing microphone was designed for everyday use. For ideal voice
transmission, position the controller on the desk so that you speak directly into it, at a normal
volume.
The hardware equalizer allows you to customize the sound to your needs with maximum
quality. The LED directly next to the microphone indicates the currently selected mode.
Blue: Bass; low-frequency boost lets you enjoy customized sound pressure
Lila: Treble; gives the midrange a gentle boost for a richer sound spectrum
Green: Jazz; ideal for jazz and all of its branches
White: Rock; a real enhancement, especially for guitar music lovers
Cyan: Live; enjoy live concert sound for your music
off: No mode, enjoy the music as it was recorded
This switch mutes the microphone. If the microphone is switched off, the LED is illuminated in
purple.
This switch controls the playback volume. Moving it to the right increases the volume; moving it
to the left decreases the volume. Pressing the button switches off playback, and the Status LED
changes color to blue.
