Answering Calls
Speakerphone: Press .
Handset: Pick up the handset.
Headset: Press .
Placing Calls
Pick up the handset, or press  or .
Enter the phone number.
Call Waiting
To answer a new call while on an active call, press the
Answer soft key. The current call is held. To end a held call,
highlight the held call using the soft keys, press Resume,
and then press End Call.
Ending Calls
To end an active call, replace the handset, or press  or   .
Transferring Calls
Press  and call the other party. When you hear the
ring-back tone or after you talk with the other party,
press  again.
Forwarding Calls
Using soft keys and the color display screen:
Enable Call Forwarding: Press Forward. Select the forwarding
type to enable, enter the number, and press Enable.
Disable Call Forwarding: Press Forward. Select the forwarding
type to disable, and then press Disable.
Enable Per-Call Forwarding: When your phone rings, press
Forward, enter the forwarding number, and press Forward again.
Recent Calls
Using soft keys and the color display screen:
Press    , select Directories > Recent Calls.
Press the right arrow key to view recently Placed Calls.
Press the left arrow key to view recently Received Calls.
Press the down arrow key to view recently Missed Calls.
Press the up arrow key to view Favorites.

Activation
Redirects all incoming phone calls to another number such as a mobile phone
or another user within your company. After dialing the assigned code, dial
the phone number to redirect calls, then press the pound key (#).

Call Park
“Parks” a call on your extension or another user’s extension. Once a call
is parked, it can be retrieved from another phone by using the Call Retrieve
Feature Access Code.
To park a call, dial *68 followed by the extension to park
the call on, or the pound key (#) to park the call on your own extension.

Call Retrieve
Used to retrieve a parked call. Enter *88 followed by the extension that call is
parked on. If the call is parked on your own extension, press the pound key (#).

Direct Voicemail Transfer
Transfers a call on hold directly to Voicemail. The call can be transferred to
your voice mailbox or to any other voice mailbox in the group. For example, to
transfer a call to another user’s Voicemail, press the soft key, then enter *55
followed by the user’s extension.

Do Not Disturb Activation
When Do Not Disturb is enabled, your phone does not ring and all calls go
directly to Voicemail.

Dials the last number that called your phone.
