TO OPERATE
1. Assemble support base on a solid, non-combustible
level surface in a well ventilated outdoor area.
Ensure area is clear of flammable materials
and vapors. Position a suitable burner or
heat source underneath.
2. Remove hose and then the hand pump from
cylinder by turning handle counter-clockwise,
do not depress handle, then lift out.
3. IMPORTANT: Open the pressure relief valve and
check that it is locked in the open position.
4. Fill cylinder with cold water to the MAXIMUM
water mark located on the side of the cylinder.
5. Once filled, insert the hand pump back into
cylinder and turn handle clockwise to tighten.
6. Position the cylinder onto the heating
frame, checking that it is securely
located and the frame is stable.
7. IMPORTANT: Check that the pressure
release valve is still in the open
position before heating.
8. Heat water until desired temperature is
reached. Refer to thermometer on
cylinder for temperature reading.
IMPORTANT - Do not heat over maximum
temperature shown on the thermometer.
9. Remove the cylinder from the support base, take
care as the handle and cylinder may be hot.
10. Move cylinder from side to side to mix warmer water
at the top of the cylinder with cooler water that will
be closer to the bottom. Recheck thermometer to
ensure desired temperature is reached.
11. Attach the hose and shower head to the male outlet
on the cylinder, checking that there are no kinks in
the hose and then close the pressure relief valve.
12. Release the handle by depressing
slightly and turning anti-clockwise
until it is released and springs up.
13. Pull the handle up and commence
pressurising by pumping the
handle before locking the handle
back into position.
14. Hold shower head and depress the
trigger to start the water flow.
IMPORTANT - Check water temperature before
use. If water temperature is too hot, gently release
the pressure relief valve and add cold water as
necessary or leave to cool. Swirl water in the cylinder
and check temperature reading again using
thermometer before use.
15. If all water is not used at once and will be
used again soon without reheating, ensure
that any remaining water is swirled in the
cylinder prior to use in order for thermometer
to show an accurate water temperature
reading. Check temperature again before use.
