b) Laser
When operating the laser equipment, always make sure that the laser beam is
directed so that no one is in the projection area and that unintentionally reected
beams (e.g. from reective objects) cannot be directed into areas where people
are present.
Laser radiation can be dangerous if the laser beam or its reection enters
unprotected eyes. Before using the product, familiarise yourself with the statutory
regulations and instructions for operating this type of laser device.
Never look into the laser beam or point it at people or animals. Laser radiation can
seriously damage your eyes.
If laser radiation enters your eyes, close your eyes immediately and move your
head away from the beam.
If your eyes have been irritated by laser radiation, do not continue to carry out
tasks with safety implications, such as working with machines, working from
heights or working close to high voltages. Do not drive any vehicles until the
irritation has completely subsided.
Do not point the laser beam at mirrors or other reective surfaces. The uncontrolled,
reected beam may strike people or animals.
Never open the device. Conguration or maintenance tasks must only be
completed by a trained specialist who is familiar with the potential hazards.
Improper maintenance work may result in dangerous laser radiation.
The product is equipped with a class 2 laser. Laser signs in different languages
are included in the packaging. If the sign on the laser is not in your local language,
attach the appropriate sign to the laser.

Caution: Using equipment or procedures other than those described in these

c) LiPo battery
The rechargeable battery is permanently built into the product and cannot be
replaced.
Never damage the rechargeable battery. Damaging the casing of the rechargeable
battery might cause an explosion or a re! Unlike conventional batteries/
rechargeable batteries (e.g. AA or AAA type), the casing of the LiPo rechargeable
battery does not consist of a thin sheet but rather a sensitive plastic lm only.
Never short-circuit the contacts of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the
battery or the product into re. There is a danger of re and explosion!
Charge the rechargeable battery regularly, even if you do are not using the
product. Due to the rechargeable battery technology being used, you do not need
to discharge the rechargeable battery rst.
Never charge the rechargeable battery of the product unattended.
When charging, place the product on a surface that is not heat-sensitive. It is
normal that a certain amount of heat is generated during charging.

Intended use
The presenter is designed to point out details on objects and display boards and connects to
compatible devices via Bluetooth. It is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery and has a
USB type-C
TM
charging port.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture (e.g.
in bathrooms) must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the
product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as a short circuit or re. Read the instructions carefully
and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties together with
its operating instructions.

a) General information
The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a
dangerous toy for children.
Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, ammable gases, vapours and solvents.
Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and
protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed
if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height may
damage the product.
Always observe safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are
connected to the product.
Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product, or if
you have concerns about safety.
Maintenance, modications and repairs must be done by a technician or an
authorized repair center.

Charging the Battery
Charge the battery before using the product for the rst time.
The LED indicator (2) ashes red when there is insufcient battery power remaining. When this
occurs, follow the steps below to recharge the battery:
Insert the USB-C
TM
plug on the USB cable into the USB-C
TM
charging port (8) on the product.
Connect the USB-A connector on the
cable to a USB port on a computer or another suitable
USB power source, such as a USB power adapter.
The LED indicator (2) will ash red/blue to indicate that the battery is charging. After a few
minutes, the LED indicator (2) will switch to constant blue to indicate that the battery status
is no longer critically low.
Depending on the remaining battery level, the battery takes approximately 1 hour to
charge.
An overcharging function prevents the battery from overcharging. Charging stops
automatically when the battery voltage is greater than 3.7 V.
Disconnect the product from the USB power source when the battery is fully charged. The
device is now fully charged and ready for use.
Operation
a) Power ON / OFF
Slide the power switch (7) to the ON position to begin use.
Slide the power switch (7) to the OFF position when nished using.
b) Button functions
Button Function
Press and hold to activate the laser pointer, and release to deactivate. The LED
indicator (2) will turn red when the laser is on.
Press to return to the previous page.
Press to go the next page.
Press to start or stop a “slideshow”.
Press and hold for “black screen”, press to return to presentation.
+ Press to increase the volume.
- Press to decrease the volume.
c) Bluetooth Pairing
Activate Bluetooth on your host device.
Press the button (4) and button (5) at the same time. The LED indicator (2) will blink red
to indicate it is ready to be paired.
On your host device, search forR250BT”. When the LED indicator (2) stops blinking, pairing
is complete.
The presenter is now ready for use.
d) Using the presenter with a supported application
The presenter provides full functionality for “MS PowerPoint, Apple
®
Keynote”. For “Google
Slides” the blackout screen function is not supported.
Slide the switch (7) to the ON position to turn the power on.
Launch your presentation software, and open the desired presentation le:
- Press (6) to start a slideshow.
- Press (4) or (5) to change slides.
- Press (6) to exit slideshow.
Care and cleaning
Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
Slide the power switch (7) to the OFF position.
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may
damage the housing or cause the product to malfunction.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
