1. DTS V2.1 CALIBRATION ISSUE FOR S14 &
S22
1.1 General
Phenom enon
With the latest DTS (Director Toolset) v2.1 control software, S14 and S22 tiles result in
black tiles after calibration.
Before calibration, the whole LED-wall shows a normal image but after calibration with the
DTS v2.1 control software, the tiles remain black. However information shown in the DTS
v2.1 control software, says that calibration has been done successfull

detected correctly.
Cause
One driver le used inside the DTS v2.1 control software does not function correctly.
Solution
Replacing the current le with a patch le that can be downloaded from Barco’s secure
Partnerzone or can be found on h
ttps://my.Barco.com.
Article number: R33900017.
Scope
All S14 and S22 tiles.
1.2 How to install the patch le?
The le named MEdriver.dll has to be replaced
1.Close the DTS v2.1 control software.
2.Unzip MEdriver.zip.
3.Browse to the installation folder of the DTS v2.1 c ontrol software.
Note:This folder is normally located under: : "C:\Program Files\Barco\Director Toolset
2.1"
4.Rename the original "MEdriver.dll" to "MEdriver_old.dll"

5.Copy the new "MEdriver.dll" le into the specied folder.
6.Restart the DTS v2.1 control s oftware.
