FALLING EQUIPMENT can cause injury
and damage.
Lift unit only with proper equipment and correct proce-
dures.
If using lift forks, be sure forks extend out of opposite
side of unit.
Do not place any part of the body under the unit while it
is suspended.
Wear safety glasses with side shields.
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.
Do not touch live electrical parts.
Turn Off wire feeder and welding power source and
input disconnect device.
Disconnect input power conductors from
deenergized supply line BEFORE moving welding
power source.
CYLINDERS can explode if damaged.
Keep cylinders away from welding and other
electrical circuits.
Never touch cylinder with welding electrode.
Always secure cylinder to running gear, wall, or
other stationary support.

crowave 180 SD Power source.
Remove paint from axle
grooves (9) before
installing retaining rings

Installing Dynasty And Maxstar:
Position brackets so four mounting
holes align with holes in base of
welding power source, and secure
using supplied self-forming screws.
ALWAYS install brackets onto pow-
er source FIRST!
Installing Cooling System:
Attach cooling system to base us-
ing brackets (21 and 22) shown in
Figure 2. Remove two (2) screws
from front of cooler. Use two (2) 108
940 screws from kit to fasten front
cooler mounting bracket to cooler.
Remove two (2) screws from rear of
cooler and install rear cooler
mounting bracket using these
screws. Fasten cooler to cart base
with supplied screws. Unscrew four
sheet metal screws from cover of
coolant system. Place power
source with brackets installed onto
top of coolant system so bracket
holes align with cover, and secure
by reinstalling screws.
