1. Under the rear of the vehicle, locate the left and right frame rails and the tie down brackets attached to each
frame rail. These brackets are vertical black plates with one large hole. Remove the brackets by removing
two frame rail screws and one bumper bracket screw. Return these brackets and attaching bolts to the
vehicle's owner for reinstallation should the hitch ever be removed.
2. This hitch will attach to the vehicle at the same points as the tie down brackets. Use fasteners as shown to
install the hitch.
3. Torque all 12mm fasteners to 86 lb-ft.
