Stepbystepinstructions
Beforeassemblingyourcycle,makesurethatyouhavealltheaboveparts.The
followingstepsexplainhowtoassembleyourexercisecycle.Pleasereadeverystep
thoroughly,andfollowthedirectionscompletelytoensurecorrectassembly.
1.Makesureallpackingmaterialsareremovedfromthecycleframe.
2.Placethecycleonalevel,flatsurface.
3.Placetheendofthecycleframeovertherearcrosstubesupport.
Attachthecycleframetotherearcrosstubesupportusingtwobolts,twospring
washersandtwoflatwashersoneachside.Makesurethatthefrontandrear
legssitflatonthefloorbeforetighteningtheboltssecurely(seeFig.1).
4.Attachthehandlebarmountingplatetothecycleframe,usingfourbolts,four
springwashersandfourflatwashers.Tightenthefourboltssecurely(seeFig.2).

Attachtheseatbasetothehandlebarmountingplate,usingthescrewsand
washersprovided.Insertthescrewsfromunderneaththeseat--twoinbackand
twoinfront,throughthehandlebarmountingplate.Tightenthescrewssecurely
(seeFig.4)
Attachtheseatbackadjustmenthandgriptotheseatbackadjustmentlever,using
thewrenchprovided.Alsoattachthewaterbottle/personalstereoholdertothe
backoftheseat,usingthescrewsandwashersprovided(seeFig.5)
Attachthefootpedalstothecrankarmsonthecycleusingthewrenchprovided.
Becarefultoinstallthepedalsonthecorrectcrankarm.A"R"or"L"onthefoot
pedalindicatesthecorrectside.Installthepedalmarked"R"ontheright-hand
crankarm(asyoustandattherearofthecyclefacingfront).Whenyouinstallthe
pedalonthelefthandcrankarm,rotatethepedalcounterclockwisetotighten
sincethepedalhasleft-handscrewthreads(seeFig.5).Tightenthepedals
securly.

Floorleveladjustment
Ifthecycleisunsteadyonyourfloor,turnthefloorleveladjustmenteitherontherear
feetoratthefrontofcycle(seeFig.6).

SeatAdjustment
Beforeyourworkout,youmightneedtoadjusttheseattotheappropriateposition
foryourbackorleglength.Sitonthecyclewithbothfeetinthepedalsandoneleg
extendedasfaraspossible,pullupontheseatadjustmentlvevr,andmovetheseat
forwardorbackwarduntilthepedaldistanceiscomfortable.Releasetheseat
adjustmentlever(seeFig.7).
The5002Hisequippedwithatwopieceseat,allowingyoutoadjusttheseatback's
angleofincline.Pullontheseatbackadjustmentleverandmovetheseatupand
backtofindthemostcomfortablepositionforyou,thenreleasethelever(seeFig.7).

easytouse.YoumaysimplypresstheEnter/Modekeyatanytimeandfollowthe
scrolledmessage.IfyoudonotpressEnter/Modetoenteryourselection,after5
secondsthedisplaywillremindyouwith"PRESSENTER".Thisremindercontinues
toscrollacrossthedisplayevery5secondsuntilEnter/Modepressed.
