Harbor Freight Tools 45086 is a steel drum lift with a 55-gallon drum capacity and a 1,000-pound lift capacity. It is constructed of 4 and 11 gauge plate steel and has a welded 3/4" diameter x 2" long steel lifting pin and a machine-turned, 3/4" diameter x 3.25" long steel pivot pin with a split pin. It is designed to move or handle open or closed steel drums and keep the drum upright during the lift. It can be used with an overhead hoist or hook from a fork lift.
