4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
6. Weight capacity and other product capabilities apply
to properly and completely assembled product only.
Use Precautions
1. This product is not a toy. Do not allow
children to play with or near this item.
2. Use as intended only.
3. Inspect before every use; do not use
if parts are loose or damaged.
4. Do not exceed listed weight capacity.
Be aware of dynamic loading!
Sudden load movement may briefly create
excess load causing product failure.
5. Maintain product labels and nameplates.
These carry important safety information.
If unreadable or missing, contact
Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.
6. Only locate the Revolving Bins on a clean, flat, level
surface. Be careful not to tip over the Revolving Bins.

operator that common sense and caution are
factors which cannot be built into this product,
but must be supplied by the operator.
Assembly Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document
including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
1. On your workbench or a clean, flat surface, lay
out all four Trays (1). There are two 6-hole Trays
and two 12-hole Trays. Locate and lay out the
two 6-Hole Shafts (4) and the two 12-Hole Shafts
(5). Locate and lay out all eighteen Dividers (3).
2. Set one 6- Hole Shaft onto one 6-Hole Tray
with the base resting on the 6-Hole Tray.
3. Lay one Divider over the base and line up
the holes in the bottom of the Divider with the
holes in the 6-Hole Tray (See Figure A).

4. Insert one Bolt (11) down through the Divider
and the Tray. From underneath slide on one
Small Flat Washer (12) and thread on Small
Hex Nut (13) (See Figure A and Figure B).

5. Assemble all Dividers in the same manner.
Repeat for the second 6-Hole Tray.
6. Follow the same steps for assembling
each of the 12-Hole Trays.
7. Attach the Center Tube (6) to the Base (2)
using three M6 x 10mm Bolts (14). Slide
on Medium Flat Washer (15) and thread on
Medium Hex Nut (16) (see Figure C).

8. Insert the Connector Tube (7) down
into the Center Tube top end.
9. Slide Trays onto the Center Tube separated
by a Large Flat Washer (9), Flat Ball Bearing
(10) and Large Flat Washer between each
Tray (see Figure D). From the Base up, you
will have one Flat Ball Bearing, then a Large
Flat Washer. Next one Tray, Large Flat Washer,
Flat Ball Bearing, and Large Flat Washer.

10. Repeat until all four Trays are installed.
11. Screw the Handle Screw (8) down onto the
welded Nut on the end of the Center Tube.
Tighten the Handle Screw securely.
12. Make certain all hardware is secure and fully
tightened. Turn the Trays to make certain that
they rotate smoothly and evenly. Verify that the
Base and Trays sit properly on a flat surface.
13. Use the Revolving Bins with 12" Diameter Trays only
on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the
Revolving Bins and the weight of everything in the
Trays. Always distribute the weight evenly among the
bins. Heavier weights should be in the lower bins.

and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the
period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly,
to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper
installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries
to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of
our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
