Function selector switch
This push-pull control provides access to the
various cooking modes.
The Clock button
Lets you set the clock and the cooking time.
The Temperature button
Allows the temperature to be adjusted.
Selector +/-
This push-pull control lets you increase and
decrease the time, the cooking time and the
temperature.

After connecting your appliance or after a prolonged power cut, “12:00” will flash in the display.
To set the time on the clock Display
Set the time by turning the +/- indicator then confirm using the but-
ton.
When changing the time
Display
Press the button twice, the time flashes.
Set the new time (e.g. 7:20) by turning the +/-selector.
Confirm by pressing .
There is a beep to confirm that the time has been set.

You can set the “Timer” function on your oven.

The programmer should display only the time. It should not
flash.
Put your food in the oven.
Turn the function selector to the cooking type chosen.
Example: TRADITIONAL
200°C appears in the display.
The oven begins heating.
Your oven recommends the optimum temperature for the cho-
sen type of cooking.
It is, however, possible to adjust the temperature.
After you have chosen your cooking program, press the °C but-
ton and adjust the temperature using the +/-selector, then
confirm by pressing the °C button.
Example: 210°C
Warning
If you do not confirm, registration occurs automatically
after a few seconds.
The temperature rise indicator shows the rising temperature in
the oven.
A series of beeps will sound when the oven reaches the selec-
ted temperature.
To stop the cooking, return the function selector to 0.
Warning
All types of cooking are done with the door closed.
Warning
At the end of a cooking cycle, the cooling fan continues to operate for a while, to ensu-
re optimum oven reliability.

Cooking with immediate start and programmed
cooking time:
Turn the function selector and choose the cooking method
required, then adjust the temperature (see paragraph: immedia-
te cooking).

cator flashes.
You can then set a cooking time.
- Turn the +/- selector to adjust the desired time, then confirm
with the button.
Example: 30 min cooking time.
Warning
If you do not confirm, registration occurs automatically
after a few seconds.
The cooking time display stops flashing.
Your oven starts.
The time begins to count down immediately.

At the end of cooking (end of the programmed time),
- the oven stops,
- the cooking time and temperature rise indicators flash.

The beeps are turned off by returning the function selector to 0.

Cooking by selecting a delayed start and finish time:
Turn the function selector and choose the cooking method
required, then adjust the temperature (see paragraph: immedia-
te cooking).
- Then press the button to set the cooking time.
- Turn the +/- selector to adjust the desired time, then confirm
with the button. Example: 30 minutes
- Press the button twice.
The end of cooking display flashes to indicate that it can now be
set.
- Turn the +/- selector to set the desired end of cooking time.
Example: end of cooking at 18:00.
Confirm with the button. The cooking time re-appears in the
display.
Warning
If you do not confirm, registration occurs automatically
after a few seconds.
The end of cooking time display stops flashing.

At the end of cooking (end of the programmed time),
- the oven stops,
- the cooking time and temperature rise indicators flash.

The beeps are permanently stopped by returning the function
selector to 0.
The display returns to the time of day.
The light inside the oven comes on when cooking starts and
goes out at the end of cooking.
