FLEXCO Hitch Guard Wide Flange V4 Bracket is a mounting bracket designed for use with 3" horizontal transfers where a bolted connection is desired or required, and there is little or no access beneath the transfer. It is not recommended for use in typical hitch transfer applications.

The bracket is made of two wide flange V4 brackets and mounting hardware, including hex head screws, washers, flange locknuts, and grip round caps. It can be installed by drilling holes in the desired location and fastening the bracket using the provided hardware.

Once installed, the bracket can be used to secure Hitch Guard segments to a conveyor belt. The segments are inserted into the bracket and secured with the provided hex head screws and flange locknuts. The bracket can be used to adjust the vertical position of the segments by adding shims between the backplate and inner mount.
