Produktbeskrivning
En massagestation i poolen ger en mycket behaglig massagestråle av vatten med luftinblandning för exempelvis rygg och
nacke.
Komplett massagestation består av en egen cirkulationspump, ett automatikskåp, 1–6 st massagemunstycken, en startknapp,
minst2stutlopp,erforderligtantalkopplingarochrör.Antaletmassagemunstyckenstyrpumpstorlekensamtantaletutlopp.
Munstyckenannsitvåutförande:mjukellermedelhårdmassage.

Installation allmänt
I denna instruktion visar vi bildexempel med två munstycken.
• Massagemunstyckenaskallplaceras100 – 600mmunderpoolensvattenytaoch
medc-cmåttpåminst250mm.
Massagemunstyckets luftslang skall mynna ut OVANFÖR vattenytan.
• Startknappen kan placeras antingen ovanför eller under vattenytan, i poolväggen
ellerpåannanplats(luftslangen=max3m).
• Utloppenskallplacerasmed2metersbredd.
• T-rör, vinklar och PVC-rör ingår ej.
Automatikskåpet(ochdessstartknapp),pumpoch
utlopp skall monteras/installeras enligt de
instruktionersommedföljerrespektiveprodukt**.

Product description
A massage station in the pool provides a very comfortable massage jet of water mixed with air that, for example, soothes the
back and neck.
The complete massage station consists of a dedicated circulation pump, a control box, 1-6 massage jet nozzles, a start button,
atleast2outlets,aswellastherequirednumberofconnectionsandpipes.Thenumberofmassagenozzlesdictatesthesize
ofthepumpandthenumberofoutlets.Thenozzlesareavailableintwoversions:gentleormediummassage.

Installation, general
The example in this instruction features two nozzles.
• Themassagenozzlesmustbeplaced100 – 600mmbelowthewaterlevelofthe
poolandwithc-cdimensionsofatleast250mm.
The massage nozzle air hose must run out ABOVE the water surface.
• The start button may be sited either above or below the surface of the water, in the
pool wall, or in another location
(airhose=max3m).
• Theoutletsmustbesited2metresapart.
• T-pipes, angles and PVC pipes are not included.

Fit the massage nozzle and button in thin pool wall as follows:
1. Make a hole in the pool body as shown in the dimension drawing below
2. Fittheange(1)withinstallationwasher(2)fromtheinsideofthepoolandenclosedscrew(3).NBseeFigure5.
3. Securetheself-adhesivegrommet(4)ontheange.
4. Fitthepoolcoverandstartllingthepoolwithwater.
5. Oncethewaterreachesapprox.5cmbelowtheinletnozzle,tthegrommet(8)andthesealingring(9).
6. Cut the cover along the inner edge of the sealing ring.
7. Massage nozzle:
Loosenthecablejoint(5)slightlyandpushintheairhose(6)alittle,seeFigure4.
Securelypushtheendoftheairhoseintotherearofthenozzle(7).Pressthenozzleintotheinletpipe.
Tighten the cable joint.
To connect the start button:seeinstructionMA25-07.
8. Fitthefront(11)withthePahlénlogofacingupwards.Theincludednylonwashersaretobeattachedtothescrewsonthe
rear of the front in order to hold the screws in position in the front during future removal,
e.g. during winter closure. Tighten the front using the front screws.
9. Fill the pool with water to the desired level.

1. Fixtheembeddedtubing(1)intotheframeworkofthepoolplacingtheangeasshowninFigure7.
TheangeshouldrestonthepoolwallaccordingtoA,BorC(seenextpage).
2. If needed, connect a cable from ground point on the inlet pipe to earth.
3. Masktheange(thesurfacethatwillthenlieagainstthegasket).
4. Cast.
5. Securetheself-adhesivegrommet(4)onthecastpipeange.
6. Fitthepoolcoverandstartllingthepoolwithwater.
7. Oncethewaterreachesapprox.5cmbelowtheinletnozzle,tthegrommet(8)andthe
sealingring(9).
8. Cut the pool cover along the inner edge of the sealing ring.
9. Massage nozzle:
Loosenthecablejoint(5)slightlyandpushintheairhose(6)alittle,seeFigure4.
Securelypushtheendoftheairhoseintotherearofthenozzle(7).Pressthenozzleintothe
inlet pipe. Tighten the cable joint.

10. Fitthefront(11)withthePahlénlogofacingupwards.Securethesuppliednylonwashersto
the screws on the rear of the front in order to retain the front screws during disassembly,
e.g. during winter closure.
Tighten the front using the front screws.
11. Fill the pool with water to the desired level.
Fit the start button with penetration in a thick pool wall as follows:
Seepoints1-7above.
Checkthattheinnerairhoseofthebutton(3)issecurelyconnected.
Insert the button into the sealing ring. See points 9-10 above.

Vorbereitung auf den Winter
1. Lösen Sie Front und Massagedüse/Taster.
2. DasLochwirdmiteinemWinterstopfenabgedichtet(nichtenthalten).VerwendenSieeinenStopfenmitkonischem
Expanderoder1½”-Gewinde.
Installation allgemein
In dieser Anweisung zeigen wir auf den Bildern Beispiele mit zwei Düsen.
• DieMassagedüsensind100 – 600mmunterderWasseroberächedesPools
anzubringenundmitc-c-Maßenvonmindestens250mm.DerLuftschlauchder
Massagedüsen muss OBERHALB der Wasserober-
ächeenden.
• Der Starttaster kann über oder unterhalb der
WasseroberächeanderPoolwandoderaneiner
anderenStelleangebrachtwerden(Luftschlauch
=max.3m).
• DieAuslässemüssenimAbstandvon2Metern
angebracht werden.
• T-Stücke, Winkel und PVC-Rohre sind
nicht enthalten.

1. MachenSieentsprechendderMaßzeichnungeinLochindenPool.
2. MontierenSiedenFlansch(1)mitderMontagescheibe(2)vonderPoolinnenseiteundmitdermitgeliefertenSchraube(3).
ACHTUNG!SieheBild5.
3. BefestigenSiedieselbstklebendeDichtung(4)amFlansch.
4. MontierenSiediePoolauskleidungundbeginnenSiemitdemAuüllendesWassers.
5. WenndasWasserca.5cmunterderEinlaufdüsesteht,montierenSiedieDichtung(8)unddenAbdichtring(9).
6. Schneiden Sie das Tuch am inneren Rand des Abdichtrings entlang sauber zu.
7. Massagedüse: LösenSiedenKlemmringanderKabelverschraubung(5)leichtundschiebenSiedenLuftschlauch(6)
etwashinein,sieheBild4.DrückenSiedasEndedesLuftschlauchsanderRückseitederDüse(7)fest.DrückenSiedie
Düse in das Einlassrohr. Ziehen Sie die Kabelverschraubung fest.
Für den Anschluss des Starttasters:sieheAnweisungMA25-07.
8. MontierenSiedieFront(11)mitdemPahlén-Logonachoben.DiemitgeliefertenNylonscheibenwerdenaufderRückseite
der Front auf die Schrauben aufgesetzt, um die Schrauben bei einer späteren Demon-
tage an der Front festzuhalten, z. B. bei der Vorbereitung auf den Winter.
Ziehen Sie die Front mit den Frontschrauben fest.
9. Füllen Sie den Pool bis zum gewünschten Füllstand mit Wasser.

Die Montage einer Massagedüse und des Tasters erfolgt folgendermaßen:
1. FixierenSiedieMauerdurchführung(1)imPoolkörpermitdemFlanschgemäßBild7.DerFlanschmussgemäßA,BoderC
amPoolkörperanliegen(siehenächteSeite).
2. Wenn eine Erdung erforderlich ist, kann ein Kabel vom Erdungspunkt der Mauerdurchführung
zur Erde angeschlossen werden.
3. Maskieren Sie den Flansch die später gegen die Dichtung anliegende Fläche.
4. GießenSie.
5. BefestigenSiedieselbstklebendeDichtung(4)amFlanschderMauerdurchführung.
6. MontierenSiediePoolauskleidungundbeginnenSiemitdemAuüllendesWassers.
7. WenndasWasserca.5cmunterderEinlaufdüsesteht,montierenSiedieDichtung(8)und
denAbdichtring(9).
8. Schneiden Sie die Poolauskleidung am inneren Rand des Abdichtrings sauber zu.
9. Massagedüse:
LösenSiedenKlemmringanderKabelverschraubung(5)leichtundschiebenSie
denLuftschlauch(6)etwashinein,sieheBild4.
DrückenSiedasEndedesLuftschlauchsanderRückseitederDüse(7)fest.
Drücken Sie die Düse in das Einlassrohr. Ziehen Sie die Kabelverschraubung fest.
Für den Anschluss des Starttasters:sieheAnweisungMA25-07.
10. MontierenSiedieFront(11)mitdemPahlén-Logonachoben.Diemitgelieferten
Nylonscheiben werden auf der Rückseite der Front auf die Schrauben aufgesetzt,
um die Schrauben bei einer späteren Demontage an der Front festzuhalten, z. B. bei
der Vorbereitung auf den Winter. Ziehen Sie die Front mit den Frontschrauben fest.
11. Füllen Sie den Pool bis zum gewünschten Füllstand mit Wasser.
Die Montage des Starttasters mit Durchführung erfolgt
folgendermaßen:
SiehePunkt1–7oben.
StellenSiesicher,dassderinnereLuftschlauchdesTasters(3)festsitzt.
Schieben Sie den Taster in den Dichtungsring ein. Siehe Punkt 9–10 oben.
