1.InserttheinstallationDVD;a)firstinstalltheBeamzStudiosoftware;b)then

installtheBeamzsongs;c)thereafterinstalltheShadowBeamzgame;step1a&1b

MUSTbedon

ebeforeconnectingtheBeamzPlayerdevicetoyourcomputer.Ifyour

computerdoesnotautolaunchthemenuoptions,useWindowstoviewthefilesontheDVDandthen

double‐clickontheBeamzDVDInstaller.exefile.

ImportantNote:TheShadowBeamzinteractivemusicgameisaseparateapplicationand

cannotberunsimultaneouslywiththeBeamzStudiosoftware.

2.SetuptheBeamzPlayeronaflat,stablelevelsurfaceandconnecttoaUSBport

directlyintoyourcomputer.MakesureyourPChasbuiltinspeakers,isconnected

toapairofexternalspeakers,oruseheadphonespluggedintoaheadphonejack.

Windows7/Vistausers:thedriverfortheBeamzPlayerwasautomati

cally

installedwiththeBeamzStudiosoftware.

WindowsXPusers:whenpromptedbytheFoundNewHardwarewizard,direct

WindowstoinstallthedriverfromtheC:ProgramFiles\Beamz\Driver32folder.

ImportantNote:IfyouconnecttheBeamzPlayerintoaUSBhubmayyoumayexperience

latency,whichmayreducemusicplaybackquality.
