Reflex Exferro D/TW 80-100 (88.9-114.3) is a high-energy permanent magnet designed to be retrofitted in Reflex Exdirt dirt separators. It can be used to attract and remove ferromagnetic particles from the separation process, helping to keep your system clean and efficient. The magnet is made of an isostatically pressed neodymium iron boron rod that is screwed into a threaded immersion sleeve. To use the Reflex Exferro D/TW 80-100 (88.9-114.3), simply fit the draw-off tap (supplied with the Exdirt) correctly to the side on the T-piece of the Exferro.

Restriction during operation in respect of medical devices due to magnetic field
Various objects are sensitive to the static magnetic fields of permanent magnets.
Magnets can affect the function of heart pacemakers and implanted defibrillators.
A heart pacemaker can be switched to the test mode and cause discomfort.
A defibrillator may not work anymore.
• Persons with such medical devices or other metallic implants must maintain a sufficient safe distance relative to
magnets.
• Provide warning information before people enter the sphere of influence of magnets.

Reflex Exferro is a high-energy permanent magnet which can be retrofitted in Reflex Exdirt dirt separator.
It consists of an isostatically pressed neodymium iron boron rod screwed into a threaded immersion sleeve.
The magnet attracts ferromagnetic particles from the separation process.
Fit the draw-off tap (supplied with the Exdirt) correctly to the side on the T-piece of the Exferro.
To permanently remove the particles from the fluid flow, unscrew the Reflex Exferro from the Reflex Exdirt housing. Then clean
Reflex Exferro.

Emptying of the dirt separator
The d
irt separator can be emptied without the operation being shut down.
For emptying, proceed as follows
:
1.
Unscrew the magnet from the immersion sleeve.
2.
Provide a vessel to capture the drained material.
3.
Slowly or only for a short time open the draw-off tap.
4.
Screw the magnet into the immersion sleeve.
