PRECAUTIONS
The radio should not be used in a high temperature or high humidity environment
over prolonged periods of time as this may damage the unit.
Keep the radio away from liquids as it may get damaged. Please switch off the
radio immediately if water or liquids is spilled into the radio. Consult with the shop
you bought this radio for any question.
Avoid using or storing the unit in dusty or sandy environment.
Do not open and repair the radio by yourself.
Use only the specified power input voltage to charge the battery. Connecting a
power supply with a different rating will cause permanent damage to the radio
and may be hazardous.
Clean only with dry cloth.
CHARGING BATTERY
The radio is powered by the built-in lithium battery. (An USB charging cable is sup-
plied in the product package).
To check the battery level, when the radio is on, press repeatedly the [Info/Sleep] but-
ton (3) until you see the battery indicator on the bottom right of the display.
When battery power is low, it will prompt with message “Battery Low” to remind for
battery charging.

To charge the battery, connect the micro USB plug to the port (12) at the rear side of
the radio, connect the other end to a power source supplied with 5V OUT.
The LED (13) will light up in red indicates the battery is charging.
Note: If the radio is in OFF mode while charging, the LED (13) will turn to green
when charging is done.
If the radio is ON when charging, the LED (13) remains red even charging is complet-
ed. Please check the battery indicator to see the status of charging.
TO USE THE RADIO
1. Press the [Power/Mode] button (2) to power on;
2. (The first time you power on the radio, the radio will scan the DAB radio stations
automatically. It will display and play the first station after the scan is done);
3. Select the band (DAB or FM) by pressing the [Power/Mode] button (2);
4. Adjust radio frequency to your desired station by pressing [CH -/+] buttons (8/9);
5. Adjust the volume with the [VOL +/-] buttons (6/7) to the desired level;
6. To power off the radio, press and hold the [Power/Mode] button (2).
Note: For a better reception reorient the antenna (11).
TUNE DAB STATION
To select the desired radio station press repeatedly the [CH -/+] button (8/9).
Note: In case the display shows No DAB Service” , press & hold the [Scan/
Preset] button (4) to start scanning.
FM STATION SCAN
Use the [CH +/-] buttons (8/9) to fine tune the frequency in a step of 0.05
MHz.
Press and hold the [Scan/Preset] button (4) to scan the next available station.
PRESET
There are 10 presets available for DAB and 10 presets for FM.
1. Set the desired radio station frequency as explained previously;
2. Press the [Preset] button (4) and it will display “Preset 1 unset”;
3. Choose the number of preset by pressing [CH -/+] button (8/9);
4. Press & hold the [Enter] button (5) until the display shows “Saved”.
RECALL A PRESET STATION
1. Press the [Preset] button (4);
2. Select the desired preset by pressing [CH -/+] button (8/9);
3. Confirm with the [Enter] button (5).

When the radio station is playing, press the [Info/Sleep] button (3) repeatedly to cycle
through the information broadcasted by the radio as follow:
UNDER DAB
DLS (Dynamic Label Segmenting): Radio text broadcasted from the DAB station
such as the news, songs being played…etc.
PTY (Programme Type): shows which type of programme you are listening to,
“Music”, “Talk”, “News” etc. If there is no information, it will display “Programme
Type”.
Channel/Frequency: The frequency of DAB is displayed such as “11C
220.352MHz”.
Audio info: The display shows the digital audio bit rate of the current reception.
Signal error: The signal strength is displayed graphically.
Time/Date: The time and date are set automatically.
Software version
UNDER FM
RT (Radio text): Text broadcasted from the FM station
Signal error: The signal strength is displayed graphically.
Time/Date: The time and date are set automatically.
Frequency: the FM frequency for the radio station in playing.
Auto / Stereo: Automatic switching between mono and stereo reception.
Note: The time and date accuracy depends on the info broadcasted from the ra-
dio station.
SLEEP TIMER
The sleep timer switches the radio off automatically after an adjustable time.
1. Long pressing the [Info/Sleep] button (3) will enter the Sleep timer setting with
options 15/30/45/60/90/OFF;
2. Press the [CH -/+] button (8/9) to choose the timer;
3. Press [Enter] button (5) to confirm.
The timer will display on the top right corner of the display. If 15 minutes is set, it will
display S15 and the radio will switch off automatically after 15 minutes.
CANCEL SLEEP TIMER
1. Long pressing the [Info/Sleep] button (3) will enter the Sleep timer setting;
2. Press the [CH -/+] button (8/9) to choose OFF;
3. Press [Enter] button (5) to confirm.
FACTORY RESET
1. Power off the radio;
2. Hold the [Power/Mode] (2) and [Scan/Preset] (4) together until the display is lit
and show “RESET System”;
3. Release both buttons. The radio will reboot and scan DAB stations.

The exclamation point within the triangle is a warning sign alerting the user of important instruc-
tions accompanying the product.
The lightening flash with arrowhead symbol within the triangle is a warning sign alerting the user
of “dangerous voltage” inside the unit.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover. No user serviceable parts inside
the unit. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
This unit operates on 230V ~ 50Hz. If the unit is not used for a long period of time, remove the
plug from the AC mains.
Ensure all connections are properly made before operating the unit.
This unit must not be exposed to moisture or rain.
This unit should be positioned so that it is properly ventilated. Avoid placing it, for example, close
to curtains, on the carpet or in a built-in installation such as a bookcase.
Do not expose this unit to direct sunlight or heat radiating sources.

PRECAUZIONI
La radio non deve venir usata in ambienti con alte temperature o alto tasso di
umidità per lunghi periodi, siccome questo può danneggiare la stessa.
Tenere la radio lontana da liquidi, siccome potrebbe venir danneggiata. Si prega
di spegnere immediatamente la radio nel caso in cui questa venga a contatto con
dei liquidi (dopodiché consultate il vostro rivenditore).
Evitare di usare o conservare la radio in ambient polverosi o sabbiosi.
Non aprire la radio. In caso di malfunzionamento rivolgersi a tecnici qualificati.
Usare unicamente un alimentatore con le specifiche descritte nel manual per
caricare la batteria integrate. Usare un alimentatore con differente voltaggio può
essere pericoloso e danneggiare la radio.
Pulire unicamente con un panno asciutto.
CARICAMENTO DELLA BATTERIA
La radio è alimentata da una batteria al litio integrata. (Un cavo di ricarica è fornito in-
sieme all’unità).
Per controllare il livello di carica, quando la radio è accesa, premere ripetutamente il
tasto [Info/Sleep] (3) finchè non apparirà l’indicatore di carica della batteria (in basso a
destra sul display).
Quando il livello della batteria é basso, apparirà il messaggio “Battery Low” (“Batteria
Scarica”) per ricordare di ricaricare quest’ultima.

PRECAUCIONES
La radio no debe usarse en ambientes a altas temperaturas o muy húmedos
durante períodos de tiempo prolongados ya que se podría dañar el aparato.
Mantenga la radio alejada de líquidos ya que podría dañarse. Apague la radio
inmediatamente si le salpica agua o cualquier líquido. Para cualquiera duda,
consulte a la tienda donde haya comprado esta radio.
No utilice el aparato ni lo guarde en un lugar polvoriento o arenoso.
No abra ni trate de reparar la radio usted mismo/a.
Usar únicamente una fuente de alimentación del voltaje especificado para cargar
la batería. Conectar la radio a una fuente de alimentación con un voltaje distinto la
dañaría permanentemente y podría ser peligroso.
Limpiar con un trapo seco únicamente.
CARGA DE LA BATERÍA
La radio funciona mediante una batería de litio incorporada. (Se proporciona un
cable USB cable dentro del embalaje del producto).
Para comprobar el nivel de batería, cuando la radio esté encendida, pulse el botón
[Info/Sleep] (3) repetidamente hasta que vea el indicador de la batería en la
esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla.
Cuando la batería esté baja, aparecerá el mensaje “Batería baja” para avisarle que
