GENERAL GUIDELINES
It is the user’s responsibility to read and follow all instructions.
Keep these instructions with the product at all times and review before each use.
It is the responsibility of this product’s owner to furnish the instructions to any person that borrows
or purchases the product.
Inspect the product before use to ensure it is assembled properly and all parts are in safe working
order and free of defects.
Never modify this product in any way.
All circumstances cannot be addressed in these instructions. Please use common sense and prac-
tice general safety measures when using this product.

SAFETY
Never exceed vehicle trailer hitch tongue weight capacity or carrying capacity of your vehicle.
Some vehicles may require air shocks of modications to the vehicles suspension.
Please check your owners manual for vehicle hauling capabilities and weight ratings.
Never exceed 500 lb. max rated weight capacity of carrier
Not recommended for tow-behind trailers, including 5th wheel and camping trailers, motor-homes or RVs.
Not
recommended
for use with hitch adapters or extensions.
Will not work with Class II or smaller receivers.
Push the motorcycle up the carrier with a helper; never ride a motorcycle onto the carrier!
Prior to transport, make sure the ramp of the carrier and the motorcycle are properly secured to
the carrier.
When not in use, store the carrier in a secure place out of the reach of children.
Carrier must be level in hitch receiver and on level ground while loading and unloading
MAINTENANCE
It is recommended that the general condition of any steel motorcycle carrier be examined each
time before it is used. Keep your steel motorcycle carrier in good repair by adopting a program
of conscientious repair and maintenance. Check misalignment, loose or damaged parts, and
any other condition that may affect its safe operation. If any abnormal vibrations or noise occur,
have the problem corrected before further use. Have necessary repairs made by qualied service
personnel.
Before each use, make sure any dirt, debris, oil, grease, etc. is cleaned off the carrier.
Clean the carrier with a clean, moist cloth. Do not use solvents.
Periodically check all hardware for tightness.

ASSEMBLY
Note: Bolts and nuts should be tightened by hand rst; after all parts have been assembled, go back
and tighten all hardware with a wrench.
Step 1. Place the hitch tube (L) on a solid work surface with the mounting brackets facing upward.
Place the platform pieces (I) across the hitch tube, positioned between the two middle brackets.
(Make sure the ramp brackets are facing up.) Align the holes on the platform and L-plates (Q), secure
with eight 3/8"x1-3/4" bolts (C) and 3/8" lock nuts (F). NOTE: The bolts are inserted from the inside
out.

Step 2. Place the cross bars (P) on top of the platform and the support brackets (H) beneath the
platform. (The rubber-coated ends of the support brackets should be towards the front of the carrier.)
Align the holes and secure with four 3/8"x2-3/4" bolts (B), four 3/8" lock nuts (F) and two M10x16
bolts (D).

Step 3. Slide the four 1/2"x7-1/2" bolts (A) into the platform and secure with 1/2" lock nuts (E). Place
the two wheel pins (M) in the holes at each end of the platform and secure with R-pins (J).
Make sure all nuts and bolts on the carrier are securely tightened with wrenches before use.
Step 4. Place the ramp (O) on the hitch tube and secure the ramp in place using the lock pin (N).
Note: Make sure the ramp is secured in place before fully securing the motorcycle with tie down
straps. See Operation section.

MOUNTING THE CARRIER TO THE HITCH RECEIVER
1. Slide the anti-tilt bracket (G) over the end of the hitch tube. The side with the three bolts should
face the vehicle hitch receiver.
2. With assistance, lift the empty carrier and slide the open end of the hitch tube into the hitch
receiver. Secure with the hitch pin and clip (K).
3. Slide the anti-tilt bracket up against the hitch receiver. Tighten the bolts against the underside of
the hitch receiver collar.
OPERATION
1. Remove the lock pin (N) to unlock the ramp (O).
2. Remove the ramp and place the end rung onto the hook
end of the platform (I), making sure the ramp is securely
in place. The bottom end of the ramp must rest at
on a solid, level surface when loading and unloading
equipment.
3. Measure the motorcycle wheelbase to make sure the
wheel pins (M) are in the appropriate positions.
4. Shift the motorcycle into neutral and, with another
persons assistance, push it up the ramp. Push the
motorcycle completely onto the carrier platform until the
front wheel rests in place between the platform rungs.
DO NOT sit on the motorcycle while loading or attempt to
drive it up the ramp.
5. Lightly secure the motorcycle using tie down straps (sold
separately) so that the motorcycle won't fall over.
6. Return the ramp to the mounted position and secure with
the lock pin.
7. Properly secure the motorcycle for transport, fully
tightening the previously installed tie downs.
8. Attach any needed markers and/or lights to the carrier
and motorcycle as required by vehicle codes.

GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY: Products purchased from the Authorized Dealer (original place of
purchase) or Merchant (“Dealer”) will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of
receipt, and will meet the specications stated at the place of purchase transaction or online at the
Dealers website, under normal use and service when correctly installed, operated and maintained.
This product warranty is effective for the period of time stated below, unless otherwise stated in the
product instructions or depicted in the product advertisement. All Authorized Dealer warranties are
NON-TRANSFERABLE and cover only the original end purchaser. This limited warranty does not
cover products purchased through non-authorized dealers. Non-authorized dealer receipts are not
accepted for warranty verication.
***WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE.***
WARRANTY PERIOD: This warranty remains in force for one year from the date of the products
accepted delivery. The Authorized Dealer offers a one year manufacturers warranty for most
products unless otherwise specied on the product advertisement.
WARRANTY SERVICE: The Authorized Dealer will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at
no charge, including payment of the shipping costs of parts or replacement product to and from
the manufacturer. The purchaser is responsible for labor charges. If the product does not meet
specications as depicted in the advertisement, the Authorized Dealer will refund the full purchase
price of the product.
Questions regarding the warranty on a specic product and warranty claims should be directed to
the Authorized Dealer with whom the purchase transaction was made.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: The above warranty does not apply to products that are repaired, modied
or altered by any party other than the Authorized Dealer; are subjected to unusual physical stress
or conditions (such as overloaded ramps or corrosion), natural disaster, governmental actions, wars,
strikes, labor disputes, riots, theft, vandalism, terrorism or any reason beyond reasonable control;
are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in use, storage,
transportation or handling, or tampering; or to products that are considered consumable items or
items requiring repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear.
Product should be inspected prior to signing for delivery. Product damage incurred during shipping,
unless noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery, renders this warranty void.
LIMITED LIABILITY: In no event shall THE AUTHORIZED DEALER be liable to the purchaser or any third
party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out
of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the product
or any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any
third party products that are used in or with the product.
