Plasma Bracket assembly and fitting instructions.

This is a professional product and is intended for installation by qualified
personnel only.These instructions are intended to be as comprehensive as
possible but at all times it is the responsability of the user/installer to
ensure that the bracket and screen are securely fitted.

1. Open pack. In this pack are included 4 x wall bolts, 4 x 4 screen fixing
screws, 2 x 4 spacers, 3 allen keys, 2 side struts, 2 wall brackets and 2 tilt
arms.

2. Attach side struts to the wall brackets by removing the screws on the
struts and attaching to the wall brackets using a cross head screw driver
(see pictures below)
3. Fix plate to wall using the 12mm x 75mm masonry wall bolts supplied. It
is recommended that you fit this bracket to a solid masonry wall, if you are
in any doubt as to the suitability of any wall to support this bracket and
the television or you wish to fix to any other type of wall then please con-
tact a structural engineer for advice.
To fix to a solid masonry wall follow these instructions.
First place the plate on the wall ensuring that it is level. You should then
mark the four corner holes and 2 centre holes ready for drilling.
Using a 12mm masonry drill bit drill the 4 holes to a depth of approximate-
ly 50mm. Insert the bolts and tighten the nuts till the bolts secure them-
selves into the holes then remove the nuts leaving the bolts standing
proud of the wall.
Offer the plate to the wall, fit split washers and nuts to bolts. Tighten bolts
till the plate is securely attached to the wall.
4. Remove allen screw from the side of the
tilt arm using allen key provided.
5. Set tilt angle by attaching the swing arm
to one of the four holes provided on the side
of the bracket. Tighten both bolts when set.

6. Attach the tilt arm to the rear of the your LCD/ Plasma television using
any of the appropriate fixing screws and spacers supplied. In the bag there
are 4 types of fixing screw and 2 types of spacer, the type of bolt and
spacer required will be determined by the fixings on the back of the plas-
ma / LCD screen.
7. Hang television on back plate using hooks on tilt arm
8. Tighten screws on the top of the tilt arm to secure the
television in place using the allen key provided. If you
need to adjust the angle do so as per point 5.
9. Check and tighten all screws and fittings regularly to ensure correct and
safe installation.
