DDR2 Module Portfolio

DDR2 quickly became the technology of choice for performance PC’s & servers with speeds up to

800Mhz. DDR2 continues to be a major percentage of total DRAM output, being used in multiple

applications and markets. DDR2 has the ability to operate the external data bus at twice the rate

of DDR by improved bus signaling and by operating the memory cells at half the clock rate. Other

advantages are lower power consumption, lower heat generation and higher density compared to

DDR.
