GENERAL INFORMATION:
The SW STAHL 32275L battery tester is used to test 12V and 24V starter batteries. It checks the
battery’s state of charge, the battery load when starting the engine, performs an extended load test
and checks that the generator is charged. The integrated printer is used to directly print out the de-
tailed test results. The test sequence does not drain the battery and delivers fast, precise test results.
The large LCD display shows the results in a clear layout. Operation is also simple as there are only
four control elements.
Our tools were designed and produced with the greatest of care, and must be used solely for their
intended purpose. The tools must only be used by trained specialist personnel. SW-Stahl shall bear no
liability for improper use and the resulting damage or injury to persons, objects, or devices. Improper
use or modi cations to the products shall render the warranty null and void.
The instructions for use provided by SW-Stahl serve as basic information for the proper use of our
tools. It does not release the user from his/her obligation to read and observe the technical docu-
mentation of the vehicle manufacturer.
SW-Stahl reserves the right to modify the design and designations of the tools and the materials
used for them without prior notice. This condition exists particularly to allow products to be adapted
to the latest state of the art.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Read and understand the user manual before using the tool for the rst time. Improper use may
result in serious personal or property damage, or damage to the product. The instructions for use are
a constituent part of the product. Keep the instructions for use in a safe and accessible place for all
users. Inform all users of the tool about the existence and whereabouts of the instructions for use.
1. The 32275L battery tester is suitable for testing 12V and 24V starter batteries.
2. The operating voltage is 9V to 35V direct current.
3. The voltage level of a battery that was recently fully charged is higher than the normal voltage
used for test purposes. Switch on the headlights for 1 to 2 minutes and then check the battery
when the voltage has dropped to a normal level.
4. Before connecting the tester, check the insulation of the cables and cable terminals on the
battery tester. On no account may you use the tester if you notice any damage.
5. Do not use or store the tester at high temperatures, in high humidity, ammable or explosive
environments and exposed to powerful electromagnetic elds.
6. Any manipulation or attempts to repair the battery tester are strictly prohibited and may lead to
electric shocks.
7. Wear suitable protective goggles when using the tester.
8. Make sure that the working environment is suitably ventilated when using the tester.
