Comment changer l’ampoule ?
• L’ampoule se situe au plafond de la cavité de votre four.
a) Dévissez le hublot (voir ci-contre).
b) Tirez l'ampoule .

c) Changez l'ampoule puis remonter le
hublot et rebrancher votre four.
Débrancher votre four avant toute intervention sur l'ampoule

Grill pan + grill pan trivet
(
drip pan)
This pan catches cooking insert the trivet onto
one of the shelf positions. The slide the grill pan
underneath.
Aluminium baking sheet
(to be placed on the shelf
)
The baking sheet should be placed on a wire
shelf. This is useful for cooking pastries, tarts,
pizzas, etc.
Anti-tip wire shelf
Food can either be placed on the shelf in a dish
or cake tin for cooking or browning.
Rotisserie
To use it:
• Place the grill pan (no trivet) at level n°1 to col-
lect the cooking juices or on the bottom of the
oven if the roast is to big. Parboiled potatoes and
vegetables can be placed around the edge of the
grill pan to roast at the same time.
The curved anti tip wire shelf
This is used in the same way as the flat shelf.
Its shape has been carefully designed to enable
you to position your dish between two runner
levels.

• Slide one of the forks onto the spit; put the piece of meat to be roasted onto the
spit; slide on the second fork; centre and tighten the two forks.
• Place the cradle on the middle shelf and position with the ”v” shape at the front.
• To help insert the spit, the handle can be screwed onto the blunt end.
• Rest the spit onto the cradle with the pointed end towards the back and gently push un-
til the tip of the spit entres the turning mechanism at the back of the oven. The blunt end
of the spit must rest on the “v” shape.(The spit has two lugs which should be nearest to
the oven door so to stop the spit going fotward, the lugs also act as a grip for the handle.)
• Before cooking unscrew the handle. After cooking screw the handle back on to help re-
move the spit from the cradle.
• The other end of the handle has a “flower shape” which can be used to unscrew the “key”
on the forks to loosen them.

Safety recommendations
Please read these instructions before installing and using your oven. The
oven has been designed for domestic use only for cooking food. No asbestos has
been used in its construction.
USING FOR THE FIRST TIME:
Before you use your oven for the first time, take all the shelves etc out and with
the door closed, select the fan function at 240°C and heat for 45 minutes. This
“burns the oven off”. During this time there may be some smell from the mineral
wool that insulates the oven and there could be some smoke. This is perfectly nor-
mal.
NORMAL USE:
- Always close the door properly. The oven is fitted with a seal designed to
work with a closed door.
- Never lean or let anyone sit on the oven door when it is open.
- The oven door and surrounding areas can become hot when using the
double or single grill as the door must be left ajar. For foods that require long per-
iods of grilling it is recommended to use the turbo grill at 200°C with the door clo-
sed.(see pages 48-49)
Always keep children at a safe distance.
- When the oven is on it will get hot. Take care not to touch the heating ele-
ments inside the oven.
- Always protect your hands with oven gloves or something similar when
removing food, accessories or containers from the oven.
- Do not line your oven or grill pan with kitchen foil. The metal will increase
the heat produced and could ruin the food and damage the enamel.
Always check that the oven is off before you clean the inside.
Never hang household linen (towels, dishcloths, etc.) on the
oven door handle.
- During the cleaning cycle accessible surfaces become much hotter
than during normal cooking. Keep children at a distance.
- For your safety your oven is equipped with an AUTOMATIC STOP should
you inadvertently forget to turn off your oven. After 23 hours' operation, the AS
(Automatic Stop) function is activated and your oven stops heating. AS is displayed
in place of the time and a series of 2 successive pips is sounded for a certain time.
HINTS AND TIPS
• Keep all oven shelves etc out of the oven when not in use to allow maximum use of
the oven and to keep them clean.
• When using the combined, eco conventionnal and keep warm functions never
place
dishes, trays grill pans on the base of the oven. There is an element located under the
base of the enamel which could be damaged if anything is place on the base.
Ensure that the function selector is returned to 0 to re-use your
oven.

Before connecting your oven, make sure you are using the
correct size cable.
Use a 16-amp fuse.
The electrical connections are made before the oven is installed in its housing.
• The oven must be connected using an approved 3-core cable (live, neutral and
earth) with 1.5 mm square conductors. This should be connected via a 3- pin-
socket (live, neutral, and earth to the main supply which should be should be a
220-240V, alternating single-phase current. If the oven is not connected using a
plug and socket, it must be connected to a multi-pole switch with a minimum gap
of 3 mm between contacts. The earth wire (green and yellow) should be connec-
ted to the terminal marked with the earth symbol on the appliance and to the
earth in the switch.
• Where the oven is connected using a separate plug and socket this must be ac-
cessible after the oven has been installed.
• The neutral wire (blue) of the oven must be connected to the neutral in the main
supply.

• The supply cable (H05 RR-F, H05 RN-F or H05 W-F) must be long enough to allow
the oven to rest on the floor in front of its housing.
With the oven sitting on the floor and disconnected:
• Open the trapdoor at the bottom right hand side at the back of the oven by re-
moving the 2 screws and swinging the door away.
• Remove the sheath from each wire in the new cable up to 12 mm.
• Twist the ends carefully together.
• Unscrew the terminal screws and remove the wires that need changing.
• Pass the new cable through the wire clamp to the right of the terminals.
• Connect the wires up in accordance with the markings on the terminals.
• Make sure all wires are trapped under the screws.
• The brown wire (live) going to terminal marked L.
• The green and yellow wire (earth) going to the one marked .
• The blue wire (neutral) going to the terminal marked N.
Tighten the screws and check, by tugging on each wire, that they are firmly connected.
• Tighten the clamp to hold the cable.
• Close the trapdoor using the two screws.

We cannot accept any liability in the event of an accident
resulting from non-existent or faulty earthing.

If you are unsure about fitting this oven yourself please use a
qualified electrician.
Dimensions for installation use
The oven may be housed either under a work surface or built into a
column that is open* or closed with a suitable opening.
Your oven works at its best and produces excellent results when cooking and clea-
ning itself, if its air circulation is not compromised:
• The oven must be centred in the unit so that there is a minimum distance of
5 mm between it and the surrounding unit.
• The housing unit or its outer surface must be capable of withstanding heat.
• To ensure the oven rests firmly in the housing, screw it to the housing unit using
the holes on the side uprights provided (see diagram).
To do this:
1) Remove the rubber stoppers masking the fixing holes.
2) To prevent the housing unit splintering, drill two holes 3 mm in diameter in the wall of the
housing unit opposite the fixing holes.
3) Attach the oven using the two screws.
4) Conceal the hole using the rubber stoppers. (These also help to cushion the
closing of the oven door).
(*) If the housing unit is open at the back, the gap must not be more
than 70 mm.

a) When the oven is first switched on at the mains
• The display flashes
• Press on the + and - buttons until the correct time is shown (Keeping a
finger on the button, rather than tapping it, is quicker).

b) Altering the clock
• Press on both and buttons together for a few seconds until the display
flashes.
Adjust the time using the + or - buttons.
• Confirm the time by pressing .

The screen should only display the time of day and should not be flashing. If
the clock display is flashing the oven will not work.
• Choose how you want to cook your food:

Pressing on the button and holding it down will enable you to scroll
through the cooking functions.
The suggested temperature is displayed:

• Press on the START/STOP button to start the cooking cycle.
Your oven suggests the temperature most often used.
However, you can adjust the temperature if you wish:
• Press on the °C button. The °C symbol starts flashing.
• Adjust by pressing on the + or
- buttons.
Record your choice by pressing on the

4. How to programme the cooking
a) Cooking straightaway (you turn the oven on and set a cooking time
to turn the oven off).
Choose the method of cooking and adjust the temperature if necessary.
The example is

The length of cooking time will start flashing at 0:00 as well as the
symbol to
indicate that adjustment is now possible.

After these actions, the oven starts heating.
At the end of the cooking cycle, a series of beeps are emitted lasting several
minutes and the symbol starts flashing.
You can stop the oven from beeping by pressing on the START/STOP button for 1 second.
You can consult or modify the cooking end time whenever you wish by pressing the
button.
To cancel your programme, press on the START/STOP button.
