the problem and arranging to supply you with the required parts for do-
it-yourself repairs. Trained service representatives are available

10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time (subject to holidays) You may

You alsomay obtainwarrantyservice fromGenie authorizeddealersby
callingthe GenieCustomerServiceat 1.800.354.3643or byvisiting
www.genieoompany.combeforeschedulingwarrantyservice.Ifwarrantyservice
is providedby an authorizeddealer,Geniewilt provideall requiredpartsunder
warrantyat nocharge toyou, butthe dealersareindependentbusinesspeople
and may rendera benchor servicecall chargefor theirservices.Geniewilt not
reimburseyou or otherwiseberesponsiblefor those charges.
We suggest thatyou retainyouroriginal packingmaterialin the eventwe choose
to repairor replaqceyour Genie Productand requestthat you shipit to us. Be
sureto includeyour name, address,telephonenumber,proofof date andplace
of purchaseand adescriptionofthe operatingproblem.Afterrepairingor
replacing,yourGenieproduct,we will ship it toyour home at nocostto you for
partsandlabor, butyouwilt haveto pay a minimumof$5.00 for shippingand
handling charges.
Yourchoice of either one of the above-describedserviceoptionsis your
exclusiveremedyunderthiswarranty.
