1. READ THE OWNER'S MANUAL AND ALL ACCOMPANYING LITERATURE AND FOLLOW IT
CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR MACHINE.
2. THIS MACHINE IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. IT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR
COMMERCIAL USE.
3. INSPECT YOUR EXERCISE MACHINE PRIOR TO EXERCISING TO ENSURE THAT ALL
NUTS AND BOLTS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE EACH USE.
4. MAKE SURE MACHINE IS STABILIZED ON THE FLOOR AND UNEVEN SURFACES ARE
LEVELED BEFORE USE.
5. MOST EXERCISE EQUIPMENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN.
CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE THE MACHINE UNLESS THEY ARE UNDER ADULT
SUPERVISION.

EXERCISE.
12. ALWAYS WEAR SUITABLE CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR DURING EXERCISE. DO NOT
WEAR LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING THAT COULD BECOME ENTANGLED WITH THE
MOVING PARTS OF YOUR EXERCISE MACHINE.
13. WARM UP 5 TO 10 MINUTES BEFORE EACH WORKOUT AND COOL DOWN 5 TO 10
MINUTES AFTERWARD. THIS ALLOWS YOUR HEART RATE TO GRADUALLY INCREASE
AND DECREASE AND WILL HELP PREVENT STRAINING MUSCLES.
14. NEVER HOLD YOUR BREATH WHILE EXERCISING. BREATHING SHOULD REMAIN AT A
NORMAL RATE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LEVEL OF EXERCISE BEING PERFORMED.
PARENTS AND OTHERS IN CHARGE OF CHILDREN SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEIR
RESPONSIBILITY, BECAUSE THE NATURAL PLAY INSTINCT AND THE FONDNESS OF
EXPERIMENTING OF CHILDREN CAN LEAD TO SITUATIONS AND BEHAVIOUR FOR WHICH
THE TRAINING EQUIPMENT IS NOT INTENDED.
7. IF CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO USE THE EQUIPMENT, THEIR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL

BOLTS ( 08 ) AND WASHERS ( 13 ).
FUNCTION OF PEC-DEC & BENCH PRESS IS CHANGEABLE BY SWITCHING THE
SHIFTER BAR ( JJ ). FOR PEC-DEC FUNCTION, PUSH UP THE SHIFTER BAR AND

CABLE A1 AND PULLEY ASSEMBLY
1. SELECT CABLE A1 ( WITH BOLT FITTED IN END ). ONE SIDE IS WITH BIG RUBBER
BALL, AND ANOTHER SIDE IS WITH SMALL BALL AND BOLT.
NOTE : THIS CABLE MUST BE INSTALLED BEFORE PULLEY P1.P2.P3 ARE FITTED.
2. FOLLOW THE DIRECTION IN THE DRAWING, FEED THE BOLT OF CABLE A1
THROUGH THE FRAME AND SCREW INTO THE TOP OF THE PICK-UP POLE ( Q ).
3. FIT PULLEY P1,P2 FIX WITH BOLTS ( 05 ) BUSHINGS ( 21 ) AND NUTS ( 18 ). CHECK
THAT THE CABLE IS SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PULLEYS.
4. FIT PULLEY P3 ONTO THE PULLEY BRACKET ( V ) AND SECURE WITH BOLT ( 03 )
WASHERS ( 13 ) AND NUT ( 18 ). ( DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THIS BOLT, THE
PULLEY MUST ROTATE FREELY ).
PULL DOWN A LOOP IN CABLE A1 AND FIT CABLE ONTO PULLEY P3. THEN FIT
CABLE A1 AND PULLEY ( P4 ) ASSEMBLY ONTO TOP TUBE ( A ) WITH BOLT ( 03 )
WASHERS ( 13 ) AND NUT ( 18 ).

BOTTOM HOLE OF MAIN SUPPORT TUBE ( B )
WITH BOLTS ( 05 ) CAST BUSHINGS ( 21 ) AND
NUTS ( 18 ).
3. FIT CABLE A3 AND PULLEY ( P10 ) ONTO DOUBLE
PULLEY BRACKET ( U ) WITH BOLT ( 03 )
WASHERS ( 13 ) AND NUT ( 18 ).
4. FIT CABLE A3 AND PULLEY ( P11 ) ONTO PULLEY
BRACKET ( W ) WITH BOLT ( 03 ) WASHERS ( 13 )
AND NUT ( 18 ).
5. ASSEMBLY CABLE A3 AND PULLEY ( P13 ) ONTO
BRACKET OF FOOT BRACE TUBE ( G ) WITH BOLT
( 03 ) WASHERS ( 13 ) AND NUT ( 18 ).
6. PULL CABLE A3 TIGHTLY AS A LOOP, ASSEMBLY CABLE A3 AND PULLEY ( P12 )
ONTO HOLE OF PULLEY SIDE PLATE ( V ) WITH BOLT ( 03 ) WASHERS ( 12 ) AND
NUT ( 18 ). ( MAKE SURE THE CABLE IS TIGHT THEN ASSEMBLY ).
AFTER USING FEW MONTHS. THE CALBE MIGHT BE GETTING LOOSE. MOVE THE
PULLEY ( P12 ) POSITING ON PULLEY SIDE PLATE ( V ) TO ADJUST.
7. CABLES SHOULD ALWAYS RUN ON THE VALLEY OF PULLEYS. AFTER A PERIOD
OF USE, CABLES MAY HAVE SURFACE PEELING OFF OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES
OF INVALID FUNCTION, A NEW CABLE IS REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT.
IF CABLE FELL DOWN FROM THE PULLEY IN ANY FUNCTION OF EXERCISE,
DO NOT CONTINUE THE EXERCISE BEFORE CORRECTION DONE. THE FITTING OF
CABLES AND PULLEYS IS WELL MENTIONED ON THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL.
8. PULLEYS TO BE REPLACED WHEN ABNORMAL NOISE OR TRANSFIGURED. NO
LUBRICANT REQUIRES AND ALWAYS REPLACE BY THE CORRECT PULLEYS.

WATTER FOR LUBRICANT.
NOTE:
1. RE-TIGHTEN ALL FASTENERS AFTER 1-2 WEEKS
USE. RE-CHECK FROM TIME TO TIME TO ENSURE
THAT THEY ARE TIGHTEN FIRMLY.
2. MAKE SURE EVERY PULLEY SWIVEL WELL
BEFORE USING THE MACHINE.
