TAILGATE ACCESSORY PANEL

1. Remove the factory
cover panel by pulling
out on the left side
until the clips release.
Pull on the top left to
release the top clip;
pull on the bottom left
to release the bottom
clip.
2. Slip the clip-nuts over the
holes the clips came out of. 3. Insert two screws
into the right side
holes in the panel
and thread them into
the holes in the
aluminum backing
plate. The backing
plate should be
installed so the edge
of the plate lines up
with the edge of the
panel.
4. Slip the
aluminum backing
plate behind the
right edge of the
hole in the tailgate
and align the panel
over the opening.
5. Insert two screws into
the holes in the left side of
the panel and screw them
into the clip nuts you
installed in step 2.
6. Finally, tighten the two
screws on the right side of
the panel. They should be
snug, but do not overtighten
them.
