INTRODUCTION TO COLD PRESS JUICER
Cold press juicing technology operates via a chewing (mastication) method to produce high
quality juice from each fruit and vegetable. The single juicing screw rst crushes, then compresses
and squeezes out the juice.
There are no fast-spinning blades that cut and pulverize the fruits and vegetables to produce juice.
With the cold press technology, more nutrients and enzymes are preserved.
Fruits that contain starch, such as bananas, papayas, avocados, gs and mangoes will not produce
juices. However, when skinned, pitted, frozen and fed into the Cold Press Juicer, the pulp spout will
eject a dairy-free, creamy, nutrient-rich, fresh fruit sorbet that can be enjoyed in moments!
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Carefully unpack the Cold Press Juicer and remove all packaging and materials.
2. Place the Cold Press Juicer on a at, stable surface.
3. Following the Disassembly Instructions described in this Instruction Manual, remove the
food pusher from the hopper, then unlock and remove the lid, stainless steel juice strainer,
crushing auger, and processing bowl.
4. Wash all removable parts (food pusher, lid, stainless steel juice strainer, crushing auger,
processing bowl, 2 BPA-free juice/pulp cups) in warm water with a biodegradable,
non-abrasive liquid detergent. Rinse well and air dry. This will eliminate any traces of dust
or residue from manufacturing or shipping.
CAUTION: Use care when handling the stainless steel juice strainer.
Hold the stainless steel strainer rim only.
CAUTION: Never rinse or immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
8
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: ALWAYS MAKE SURE COLD PRESS JUICER IS UNPLUGGED
BEFORE STARTING ASSEMBLY.
IMPORTANT: The Cold Press Juicer’s safety system prevents the unit from being turned ON
unless it is completely and properly assembled.
1. Place the motor base on a at, stable surface.
2. Check to make sure the groove in the rubber seal ring is properly attached to the center hole
in the bottom of the processing bowl. (See Figure 2.)
3. Press the processing bowl down onto the motor base and slightly turn the bowl until the black

Clean all produce thoroughly, using a
natural bristle brush. If you are not using
organic produce, we recommend using
a biodegradable cleaner to help remove
pesticide residue.
Remove and discard the outer leaves
of non-organic produce and peel any
waxed fruit or vegetable.
Trim away any discolored or bruised sections.
The skin may be left on all organic produce
(including pineapple and melons) except
lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, and
tangerines. The oil found in these skins is
bitter tasting and difcult to digest.
Remove seeds and pits of fruits such as
cherries, grapes, pears and peaches.
Cut produce into pieces small enough
to t into the hopper. Use the food pusher
to gently direct produce through the tube.
NEVER PUSH PRODUCE INTO THE FEED
TUBE WITH YOUR FINGERS.
Cut Hard produce (carrots, beets, pineapple,
etc.) into smaller pieces to facilitate juicing.
TIP: Alternate between hard and soft produce
for maximum juice ow
Leafy greens, parsley, wheatgrass, and sprouts
should be bunched into a small, tight ball
and pushed through the hopper with the
food pusher.
NOTE: FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS when juicing,
alternate between leafy, harder, and softer produce.
Bananas are not suitable for juicing; a clear
juice cannot be obtained from them and
residue left in the machine can clog the
stainless steel juice strainer.
For best results when juicing apricots,
plums, pears, peaches, and tomatoes,
produce should be rm.
When juicing apples, add a small amount
of fresh lemon or lime to help slow down
the browning process.
The Cold Press Juicer is not suitable for
processing very hard and/or brous/starchy
fruits or vegetables such as sugar cane.
Fruits that contain starch or some ber, such
as bananas, mango, papaya, avocado, gs,
peaches are not suitable for juicing; residue
left in the machine can clog the stainless
steel juice strainer. However, when frozen,
the pulp spout will eject a creamy, fresh fruit
sorbet that can be enjoyed in moments!
PREPARING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES FOR JUICING
12
PREPARING FRUITS FOR FROZEN SORBET
Peel over-ripe bananas and freeze
in an airtight bag.
Freeze fresh berries: strawberries, seedless
red grapes, blueberries, raspberries, kiwis.
Use fresh or prepared, packaged
frozen fruit: mango, papaya, berries,
pitted cherries, peaches.
Peel, seed and freeze 1 to 2-inch chunks
of larger fruits such as pineapple, mango,
