Assembly
1. Your new manual grinder comes partially assembled and ready for use. However, you need to
complete a few steps to be ready to begin use.
2. Attach handle to grinder Body by inserting Wing screw through Handle frame and into rear of
grinder body. Turn wing nut until tight.
3. Meat auger slides into grinder body and seats into auger bushing.
4. Knife seats onto Square shaft on front of meat auger.
5. Medium or fine grinder plates seat in front of knife onto same square shaft.
6. Hand wheel threads onto front of grinder body and is tightened down to secure unit.
7. Stuffing tubes attach to the grinder by removing hand wheel and threading chosen tube through the
hand wheel and then re-tightening the hand wheel onto the grinder body.
Cleaning & Sanitation
Cleaning and sanitization are critical to healthy use of the sausage stuffer. Promptly after each use,
disassemble and wash all the components in a sanitizing agent. Rinse with hot water.
Warnings and Precautions
1. Close supervision is necessary when any grinder is used near children.
2. Do not grind hard foods such as bones and nuts.
3. Do not disassemble the grinder or place anything (especially finger, spoon, fork, etc.) in the
grinder during operation.
4. Avoid contact with moving parts. Never feed food by hand. Always use food pusher.
5. Always be as thorough as possible when cleaning and sanitizing components. Any parts exposed
to raw meat may harbor or develop bacteria causes illness or death.
6. When cleaning with sanitizers, always follow the manufacturer's recommendations. Never use
products that cause exposed surfaces to render meat unsafe for consumption. Failure to follow
this warning may lead to sickness or death!

Installation:
1. Votre nouveau broyeur est partiellement assemblé et prêt à utiliser. Pourtant, vous avez besoin de
compléter quelleques étapes avant d’utiliser.
2. Attacher la poignée au Corps de broyeur par l’insertion de Vis ailée à travers de Bâti de poignée et
dans derrière du corps de broyeur. Tourner le papillon jusqu’à ce que soit serré.
3. Le foret de viande glisse dans le corps de broyeur et fixe dans le manchon de foret.
4. Le couteau fixe sur la Tige carrée en face du foret de la viande.
5. Moyennes ou petites plaques de broyeur doivent fixer devant le couteau sur la même Tige
carrée.
6. La roue enfile sur la face du corps de broyeur et est serré en bas de la partie fixé.
7. Les tubes de farce attachent au broyeur par le déplacement de la roue et par l’enfilement de tube
choisie à travers de la roue et puis re-serre la roue sur le coprs de broyeur.
Nettoyage & Installation Sanitaire
Le nettoyage et l’installation sanitaire sont importants pour l’usage de stuffer de saucisse. Après chaque
usage, démonter et nettoyer chaque partie à l’aide de l’agent hygiénique immédiatement. Rincer avec
l’eau chaude.
Avertissement et Précaution
1. La surveillance est nécessaire quand le broyeur est utilisé proche d’enfant.
2. Ne pas broyer les aliments durs tels que les os et les noix.
3. Ne pas démonter le broyeur ou mettre les choses quelconques (surtout le doigt, la cuillère, la
fourchette, etc) dedans pendant l’utilisation.
4. Eviter de toucher les parties mobiles. Jamais mettre les aliments par la main. Toujours utiliser le
pusher d’aliment.
5. Toujours nettoyer et assainir les composants totalement. N’importe quel composant qui touche la
viande crue peut cacher ou développer les bactéries.
6. Quand on nettoie avec le désinfectant, il faut toujours suivre le conseil de production. Jamais
utiliser les produits découverts qui peut rendre la viande peu sûr pour la consommation. Manque
à suivre cet avertissement peut causer la maladie ou la mort!
