Gleason Reel R-55 Quad Hose Reel Installation guide

  • Hello! I'm a chat assistant trained on the user manual for the R-55 Quad Hose Reel from Gleason Reel. I've read through the document and can assist you with questions about its disassembly, assembly, and maintenance procedures. The manual includes detailed steps for removing hoses, disassembling the swivel joint, replacing seals, and reassembling the unit. I'm ready to help you understand the process, so feel free to ask any questions you have.
  • What is the first step in disassembling the reel?
What should be done if only spring replacement is required?
What should be done with the stem when installing it into the barrel?
